Because Conclave is a separate part of the game and wouldn't have survived without dedicated servers. (Even though it died still) And Trials never had gotten any dedicated server hosting before they removed them anyways. And same argument as with Conclave, it's an isolated part of the game, it limits the risks and it is manageable that way. That would be so innocent to think that if DE let's us host the entire game that everything would be alright for them. The second they let us for example, let's say control the dojo sessions, people will already be trying to find a breach to generate platinum with hacked trades and/or duplicate items. Same will go for any valuable loot you can get in a mission. Drops are randomized on the server side. So if you find a way even to just slightly increase the chances of getting something, it would already be getting out of control. People would probably be looking into relics first to be sure to get the rare parts easily and then profit be reselling it. Just that would already be impacting the economy around prime accesses. And honestly from someone that has been around the game for years, "trust me bro" there are people already ready to look for any breach day one. I've seen enough shady communities data mining the game over the years and being so dedicated to that. So dedicated that they keep finding niche bugs to exploit and play with it while keeping the secret as long as possible to abuse the bugs for the longest possible. And here I'm referring to people so dedicated that they use software to simulate fake connexion issues to trigger bugs to be sure they can one shot the entire map with bugged weapons for example. So yes, don't underestimate how much of additional work it will be to provide dedicated servers. And purely security wise btw it's a real deal as well. I could simply mention that it's already not that hard to retrieve the IPs of hosts or clients if you are hosting a session. With the hands on the servers as well that would easily escalate.

If no plats have been charged back yet that means DE is not aware of any "black platinum" on your account. In other words, if there was a way to tell you if your are currently owning such platinum that would also imply that there would be a way to know it before DE which doesn't make sense since DE don't wait to fix it anyways. So the best advice would be just to waiting for a couple of weeks not spending the amount you just got in case you are worry if they are legit or not. That way you can assume that any suspicious transaction that could be linked to your newly acquired platinum has been checked. But it's hard to tell how long it would be reasonable to wait though. But yeah if you manage to get a quick response from the support they might check it as well.

The current stance for any third party app that can mess with the game memory etc is unfortunately "use it at your own risk".

From my experience it's really level 1000+ enemies that are an issue now... And that's if you don't have any good defensive warframe in your comp or something like a Mesa to clean up quick & efficiently. And tbh the only real threat are the Thrax Centurion jumping from the moon to get to the pod and bash it with some stupid attack speed and raw damage. Yes it's a bit challenging. No it's not that difficult to handle especially since they buffed the defence pods.

One of the reasons being because not giving away the server side game is their best protection against cheating and abuse.

Please no D: Augments are not here to nerf you abilities or replace a good modding. And imo they should just make the current augment for the cataclysm grow back your cataclysm as well as adding duration. Because today this mod is just irrelevant, it's better to recast your cataclysm anyways when playing with range builds.

In short, you want to cast your spores once and wait for the enemies to die automatically. DE stance on that kind of automation has been crystal clear over the years. That's not going to happen. You have to actively play the game. Reminder that Saryn was reworked because of her ability to spread spores on her molt leading to an easy to automate gameplay. We also lost Ash popcorn aka you previously didn't have to mark enemies with your 4th ability to kill them all. Banshee quake augment was nerfed to disallow you from getting a coffee while your quake was active and scaling your damage and range in the process. It's not a QoL it's an automation of your active gameplay you are asking for.

The whole trade chat is just spamming anyways. And since there is not rule telling you how to advertise your offer in chat, it's not reportable. This one though is spicy. But still, reporting it won't likely do anything because as I said there no rules for that in the trade chat they are breaking. It's bad manners though I agree.

I'd say like anywhere else, as long as they were moving enough, they aren't considered afk and get the points if they don't fail the mission. Although at some point if they keep dying I'm no longer trying to revive them. Also circuit leeching is something weird, it's always funny to see randoms pick their favorite Inaros or Saryn warframes that are practically useless there x) But as long as they try to play I'm fine carrying them if our comp allow it. Like an Inaros that followed me and a friend last night for a lot of rounds until enemies were around level 6.5k. Just because we had enough DPS and I could give him enough survivability to stay. I'm cool with that even if they did almost nothing at the end.

That sounds cool, but sadly I hardly imagine the drifter doing anything with his melee without decrees though. Also the Kaithe outside of open worlds won't really be usable so. It sounds cool but I'm pretty sure the drifter will be abysmally useless if he gets the same stuff we have in Duviri. Maybe letting us mod our drifter's melee like a normal weapon and let the Sirocco scale like amps would do the trick though. But some changes need to be done in order to make it relevant imo.
