  1. Do you expect all things (frames, weapons, companion etc) to be accessible from day 0 for everyone without ANY effort? That's silly, imho. You are making new planet, syndicate, mission etc. You want some kind of progression. So you do X then Y then Z. That's pretty normal thing in games.
  2. Considering that we have Void fissures in the Void nodes themselves (The Void breaks into... The Void? O_o) this reason would be kinda meh. Cause there is no reason those can't happen anywhere. Well, it make sense as there are (or might be) many types of Corruption. I heard there are more than one Corruption tower. I think it can work like bounties with special bosses OR maybe like Glassed event... NO, NO, NOPE! i DON'T WANT TO REMEMBER THIS.
  3. What stops them lore wise? I mean they are close to the void than other places. They can do some "void magic" and let us do "different" fissures.
  4. Wait... when was that? I'm too old to remember that. However Sentients were huge threat. I still remember years later after I've fought some basic Sentient. I had Limbo so I would hide myself in the bubble. I had no great weapons nor good build (no Helminth at that time). I couldn't reset Sentient's immunity because I had no kid (that sounds weird but it's normal in WF community, heh). That was hectic fight. After acquiring the Kid It was much better fight. I still miss resetting their immunities. And Sonicor! + Old Corpus ship tileset I miss it so much. On one point I hate that they slap teleporting wall everywhere. ON other hand it's SOOOOOOOOOO satisfying to clip outside map. You beat whole sentient *cough* war, you beat Sister/Liches, you keep Murmurs & co away, you destroy big Ships....etc? It's trivial. You clip through walls? Amazing feeling.
  5. Hold on. Have you seen HER face? .... yes I had to. I guess her passive is some kind of joke. That's what you are suppose to do. 1st spreads Doom (2nd) so in most cases you would at least cast 2 abilities frequently. Then there is 4th. If your 1st, your crit boosted weapons or other stuff don't kill enemies do (1+)2+4. The thing is... why? If I want armor strip I can subsume STyanax' Thanos strike and have armor strip available for all sources. It's just overcomplicated dependency (not synergy). Some frames are like this. They require lot of button presses where old frame had it more streamlined. It's good and bad.
  6. Its funny how Nyx and Ember both recieved reworks already, but they were both inadequate. Nyx's was just flat out not enough, and Ember's loses the fire theme on the alt, rocks from the sky that make fire is not a fire based ability to me. Think of it like this (from another game Advent rising): It can be moded for faster charges afair. Mine doesn't take 30 seconds (is it bug, heh). So because you don't know how she works, you think she needs a rework? What a bad take. Still, Noise arrow is not great. I don't think I've used it in serious scenarios.
  7. Have you considered using built in ability of Sevagoth named Gloom? I mean it's not for all situations but you get at base 5% life steal per damage (not even kills). And when you die as Shadow you can gain 20 kills to transform again. Without more details on each frame it's hard to say what's wrong with those frames.
  8. I started reading it normally but just after "look at" I started sound like Vor...It's so memorable. Then I laughed. So you don't speed through the game not wanting to stop to smell the roses, and I guess it's locking in your account as completed so next time you don't need to talk to the few of them again. Why is everyone in such a hurry nowadays? *sigh* It honestly depends. You could watch quest online before.   9. But that's what's great about Warframe, it doesn't have to be worth it. It's about Devs time. How much you would use certain feature compared to time needed to implement it. This melee have to be unlocked somehow - same as amps. You would get some simple weapon - same as mote amp. So it would be same situations as with amps. And btw. you don't need strong amps early. You need void proc to reset immunity (if it's needed nowadays). Eidolons & Zariman+ require something more but that's more "endgamish". I haven't said it's against logic/lore...
  10. It may be "cool" but not worth it. Look, I would like for Ghoulsaw to ride on enemies but just affecting them (status) is good for me. They are great at visuals or sounds (especially music) but gameplay wise... not always. At least in WF.
  11. I mean, they could literally copy/paste either the code for warframes melee or drifters melee and then touch it up to fit... That's the thing. They have to touch it A LOT. It's not about SP but about "efficiently" killing enemies. Drifter combat is not about mass killing. Hypotethically speaking say you have Drifter combat in normal play. You avoid butcher swing and stab it (kill it). However you know that next 5 butcher is around you. 1-2 Heavy gunner shoots at you. Hyeka send cats & spits fire. All that things while you are taking care of SINGLE BUTCHER. Then... we have Duviri. It's already there and I would say pretty well balanced (till few Decrees). They can just expand this mode instead of making tons of effort to put some weak feature in "main game".
  12. What are you even going on about? Explain me how you would implement such things like parying while you are surrounded via dozen of enemies and many of them shooting at you or doing AoE? In Duviri I have like 5 enemies. Everything is telegraphed. I see enemy charging something - I can aim (manually - without enemy-toggle) and shoot it (disrupting their actions).

For example, pick something up and sprint. Observe the broken arm that DE still hasn't fixed to this day. Operator would need to be given an overhaul to use the Drifter's modern model and rigging. So.... you want to change whole frame's gameplays to look like Drifter version? So only few enemies, no huge AoE damage, balanced (not bullet sponges) etc? Because just blindly copy-pasting is not solution.

  15. I did not read the Update 35 notes because I was on hiatus when Update 35 dropped. The Update 36 notes say nothing about a Steel Path requirement Isn't that obvious? Why should next update mention it? Am I missing something?
  16. No, I do not have Steel Path unlocked. The update notes say nothing about unlocking Steel Path in order to buy the adapter from the market. Neither does the wiki. Are you sure: I bet it's the same with Melee adapters (Whispers update). Mechs, RJ are not so great (for some of us) so they sell it to push those things in gameplay. You even get first Mech for finishing main quest, afair.
  17. There is no arcane slot visible in the Arsenal for Secondary Weapons unless you have at least 1 adapter in your inventory. Alas, I've never gotten one so I don't have the icon. EDIT: Screenshot. I also checked under "Actions" and nothing there about Arcanes either. Wait... but you have SP unlocked (all nodes cleared & talked to Teshin about "Steel Path?"? I thought you haven't cleared whole SP version (so do I) but I can buy them in the market. If you have SP unlocked and access to relay (Teshin & his shop) then I have no idea.

  20. You'll waste lots of time before actually getting what you want. Sure, but I just want to clear misconceptions that you need 3rd party software to trade. People can't find you there for 20 minutes. What are they doing for 20 minutes? Asking every person "Have you seen X"? It's far from perfect but you can make it work. I wonder if it's possible to make 2nd invisible to players. Like you 2 players want to trade, you invite another person. You make "shop window" (e.g. like in Maroo's way), another player clicks X (to accept), you get trading windows... and everything else is like your usual trading. Player see that as going to another player's ship to trade. However from DE side it would be creating "servers that monitors trade". Would that be "easily" possible?
  21. That's about tilesets. Sure, some on planet mission may have different tilesets but I wouldn't expect different ship tilesets. What about people that don't use rivens? Oh, shoot... I need raise my power more... nah, that's not great.
  22. No. You can use trading chat. NO, you can trade in Maroo's bizarre... I mean bazar or maybe even in relays (?). That's honestly what makes me not trade too much when I had old pc (laggy, need to load dojo because it freezes game etc). With new pc it's much faster but I would like to have some kind of "you want to trade" message OR at least invite to my ship to trade.

  24. They do not stack, they are completely different stats. Xaku is "dodge chance" and the Vulpaphyla/Carnis is "evasion". Doesn't matter because they still makes you less vulnerable. From 25% damage that hits Xaku, Sly's & Carnis' set makes even less damage to Xaku. It won't go to 100% (like you said) but it's still pretty useful. Plus Carnis has status immunity. I disagree. I'm pretty much never stationary with Xaku. Being stationary doesn't mean you cannot AFK. Put 2nd, put Gaze (armor strip) and keep your timer with 4th. You are just running around. Yes, that may not be stationary but it's not very active gameplay (aka close to AFK). Even with subsumed STyanax armor strip (armor strip on cast, in front of you) it's still close to AFK. ps. if it's so close to AFK style so I just say it's AFK style.

His kit is around not getting hit: - Procing void (1st) makes enemies not shoot you - Killing enemies with 2nd... makes less enemies that can shoot you - Accused (3rd) enemies are taking shoots so you take less shoots. (More later as it needs some more info) All above works ok with Xaku/4. Except Accuse, above allows you to use a lot of styles. What about Accuse (mind control)? Well, this style works great if you "don't play" (not actively attacking) because you can kill accused enemies. 2nd (GoL) can kill non-accused enemies with some help of Armor strip (3rd) . You have Damage reduction with 4th that you can increase with Sly Vulpha. You can use Carnis set but you have to use Heavies a lot. Then there are other damage reductions. But sadly the best use is AFK style.
