  1. I've TRIED to love the Chakkgur but it keeps falling off in practice. It hits hard... Until I go up against a trio of Bombards. The reload is cool... But I'm stuck staring at it for five whole gawdam seconds. That's fair. I'm hoping that Radiated Reload will remedy that issue. Still waiting for DE to release a gun with a 10 second reload that involves us carefully kickflipping off of it. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Fractalized_Reset This arcane is honestly very good for this gun. Slap some quick ability. I like to armor strip with Styanax'. Then reload is super fast.
  2. Cold competes with Viral. Heat and Electricity. You have viral build so you cannot use cold. You are using Corrosive (toxin + electricity) so your options are cold or heat. Heat armor strip enemies so it's imho better. Plus you have "on heat" arcane that farther increase it. Then you have Gas (Heat + Toxin). Electricity works for melee Influence (not great but still). Magnetic for melee vortex (my favorite!). Then you have cold. I guess you could work with some way, especially 1st/2nd-ary weapons, but it just doesn't have to that "something". Buff sadly wouldn't work on enemies that you need more power.
  3. Same: watched, and not counted as watched, F umbra forma. I've watched almost full stream (except first 10 minutes before 8 pm) and I got message about drop. In the "drop section" when I click "receive drop" circle keep spinning and it just won't give me drop (now it show message about not receiving drop because of some error). Edit: I guess some script weren't activated. I've reopened browser & allowed script and it works.
  4. Maybe they have infused something over 2nd? I've once played with guy that changed 2nd.
  5. ROFL, DE will nerf anything that has certain % usage. % usage? They nerfed when we had fun with Styanax. Nothing is sacred. :D Imagine some weird reason some people use some unpopular weak weapon. It gets nerfed. I would laugh so hard. Ohoho! My chakkhar is nice as well. I've got riven for it recently. It's single target but it's good for stronger units. I have it with +heat bonus.
  6. Maybe snipers are too niche? They did attempt to make sniping cool with Voruna's rifle, but that seemed to fall flat pretty quickly. Now that I think about it though, how exactly would an incarnon sniper work? I mean, of course it would depend on the weapon, but what could DE give a general sniper incarnon that would adequately enhance it? Maybe there are too many answers and too many directions which prevent it, who knows. As for the main topic, bring on Kuva Stug. I'm all for making the garbage meme into a dumpster dream. I got great idea! Hahaha! Why not change snipers into machine guns. No seriously, that what they would do. Or change it into some AoE kind of thing like chaining beam or Kuva bramma.
  7. I dont see why a $50 spender would suddenly spend $100. Wasnt their restriction that they couldnt pay more than 50 to start with? You'd have DE sell what was otherwise worth $100 for $50, you wouldnt see the $50 spender suddenly spending $100. That $50 spender would just get $100 value from his $50, or be able to cut it down to $25 and get the same as he got previously for $50. It really depends. Some spenders would have indeed N$ per year/month for certain stuff (e.g. entertainment). Some spender have for example 100$-200$ per year. If you developers have 150$ pack, player would just buy 1 pack for 150$. On other hand if you have 100$ packs player could buy 2, meaning 50$ more spent. When I go to shops and I see discounts I end up buying more (aka more money spent). It's because I get more value from money. It's true that some player would just pay less. I feel like everything (at least gear) should be buyable/tradeable. However that's just opinion. Well, let's look at Tenet melees & incarnosn. With void storms you can get unlucky and run many missions without holokeys. Only way to buy teneet melees are sisters, 1-4 per time. Sister way is still loooooong. Incarnon has another grind wall & time gates. We still have pretty easy to farm grinds nowadays. No, it's not that powerful. I've used it on release and I could nuke (or damage a lot) stuff in Netracells. That's not Low level. It wasn't minor change. Have you seen this: Is this minor thing? I don't think so. The thing is that they have released it. People have watched and bought different version. ToS prevents any "give me back my money" things. So at least spamming forums with "revert LoS nerf" fixed some issues with LoS. Sure, some went overboard with their post but in general it was "good thing" to do. Without so much posts this would be ignored.
  8. It might on console or mobile - I am not sure (alright I'm reaching... I really don't know). Ok, but if it exist 'auto aim" (etc) exist would exist on all weapons not just semi/burst one with 'continuous option' activated. And I honestly don't see, even exaggerated, reasons why it would be big problem. Some or even all those thigns can be viewed as good things as well. Void sling now can use more aerial "jump button" version and more ground version with ctrl+space (on pc). That makes game more variety. Melee went from random button presses and pauses to more rythmic and varied experience. Before change I've used to just do basic combos aka mash button while moving or standing. Now I can execute 4 (and more!) different moves depending on needs. Sure, some combos are broken and melee stances/types aren't the best. However it's still improvements. "Accessibility" in this case it's good thing, imho. It changes focus from player memorizing & executing certain combination to actively reacting to game. That's why I don't like Tennokai. It's such huge step back. You no longer react to enemy (e.g. Ancient want to pull you) but to some random event. Few players feel satisfaction from a game when an "I win" button is sitting in the menu, which is why those buttons are almost never seen. We have already win button. In most cases it's just plat (whenever earned or bought). People still have some reason to play. Whenever it's for "little challenge", fun or other reasons. If your semi/burst weapon still have no reason to use than auto weapons then it's problem of semi/burst weapons NOT 'automatic' semi/burst weapons. Weapons have to have pros & cons. How many pros & cons it have compared to auto? Whenever I play with weapons that don't have "hold to continue shooting" I'm using some sort of gimmick. For example Headshoting with Zymos makes headshots spread spores to nearby enemies. So slower game make sense as you can still have decent kps. If I'm using something without gimmick I just do it for "fun". It however is slower which is important factor in higher-level missions.
  9. I think an important thing the "poor" people need to consider is that if the cash-shop monetization catered to them they might have not been able to play the game at all, since the game at that point might have not been free as it is now. Maybe new content would instead be sold, or a constant sub needed or similar. Or some of the current free things would be locked behind payment only, like new frames. Or have harsh grinds like Star Trek Online, where taking the free path to a new ship results in a year long grind. This is just speculation. It may be other way around. Say from 10%, only 5% are regulars. People could afford more so they spend more on more regular basis. That 5% that spends e.g. 50$ per year may spend 100$. More people could be regulars. And having more fair prices (for them) may introduce new players aka potential regulars. Another thing to consider is quality of updates. Some incarnons and teneet melees cannot be even bought. Same goes for archon shards. You want to buy something new and you have not many new things to buy. Or consider early changes to our gear or some massive one that changes part of gears. Most recent early change were Dante. Nerf were so strong that it resulted in tons of pages written. It might be good now (I find it pretty strong, not too strong not too weak, but it has still some bad stuff). People were saying that they won't buy next bundle & stuff when the frame they are buying will be changed. Massive changes were Overguard & CC nerf. Imagine buying Limbo, master of the Rift. Next day after Overguard tons of enemies enter Cataclysm, Nullies are still there YET it has still some old problems. Of course good stuff happens. ps. and it's just me rambling without too much (or any) knowledge about economics
  10. Good fighting games don't have "push 1 button, execute 30-hit combo" options in their menus as it takes away from the game. So "hold to continuously shoot" auto aim at enemies? Does it use weak points (e.g. headshots)? Does it charge shots or just use "basic" versions? You are comparing small change to something astronomical. It's like one spoon of pepsi to 2L. Player could feel even more satisfaction because they finished something where there were "easy" option. And it really depends on game. Sometimes I go for easy mode because combat is not exactly for me. Sometimes I go normal or even hard. This change wouldn't remove those weapons. Did auto-melee removed guns & co? No. You still can use manual (e.g. slamming). It just made it little easier. And if it all it takes to remove those weapons is OP's functionality then maybe those weapons are missing something? Maybe add stuff like "every N seconds reduce damage via X; reloading or stopping shooting increase damage" (stuff that could be used for multi-use in air Exodia contagion)?
  11. You have Close Contagion But that's rare decree. What about short runs? ok, but what about single target slow weapons, especially that you need repeatably press button (e.g. bows). You're rewarded more for your completion by having an easier time. I can't relate to this feedback because I just have everything ready to use at all times. It feels great that Mastery and completionism give the player a more rewarding experience for their progression. Then imagine having 1/2 of your gear. No paying.
  12. Hahahahahhahahahahahah, no realy? hahaha Ok, they require quick aiming. But how fast you can kill enemies 1 at time? How Punch trhough really help? And we are talking about mission one experience. I heard about player using Daikyu and some status spread but that would require some DEcrees. The intelligent, faster way of the Circuit is having a strong enough arsenal and variety of gameplay to where you remove the need to reroll equipment. This gives you more of an opportunity to get more runs in compared to someone who has only a handful of strong items to choose from that they need to have in rotation to function. You need all weapons. If you are missing some, then they will appear most of the time. Then you need to mod them. I have most weapons... but barelly moded. And expecting whole stuff moded is just cruel. It's just much easier to use AoE. I hold It depends on content as well. In normal circuit you can probably do it with rent-a-weapons without bigger problems. In SP.... good luck with that. Their code does this on purpose. I keep seeing deleted Krohkur and Bronco in selection. with a ridiculous build! Who the hell am I supposed to kill with this in SP circuit? and this is deliberately foisted on me. in 8/10 games I had the sword... So that's absolutely embarrassing trolling from them! They should show me how they play with it in SP circuit. I'll get popcorn... The same thing happened to me with “Dual Cestra”. It was constantly in selection for almost 2 weeks... then I leveled it with 5 forma! and you know what???????? "suddenly" it disappeared and now I keep seeing "Secura Dual Cestra"???? but I'm stubborn and have leveled it up... and even build Krohkur so that this garbage doesn't appear anymore. but of course everything is a conspiracy theory with aliens. It's not conspiracy. I think they have even said something about it. You get some weapons that you don't own. I constantly get Aegrit, Steflos or Stalta
  13. LOL, yes. In gratitude I should become an unhinged stalker. Next time they feel like visiting a relay to start a blessing they'll get a chill down their spine and think: "Maybe another day..." *Meanwhile DE confused*: Hey guys, people stopped doing Blessing. There has to be bug or something!
  14. The strongest planet! Zun should be proud. If they could come up with a good idea for it (an Orokin prison/oubliette would be cool) then they could justify a new planet, but I still think refurbishing older forgotten repeat planets would be better for the game in the long-term (well, as long-term as an already 10 year old game can get) +1
  15. What about Cronus, Vor's melee? I think it would be interesting as they can put Kuva AND Void related stuff in it.
  16. the problem is not being invisible it's just doing nothing he got like 0% everywhere no power use nothing it's not like if he was trying and he is not the only one Not even e.g. reviving using OP?
  17. But that isnt something that should concern DE, not one bit, since it isnt realistic. DE is in the end located in Canada, the prices need to be set in a fashion so it makes ends meet for them. They are for instance expected to pay that 50k a year and not the 12k a year to an employee. If they have enough money and I can still farm stuff in reasonable time then I don't care. It's just they won't get money from some people. Whatever.
  18. You know, ash can give you crit boost while invisible ;) To be more serious, what you can do? I've picked ash with invisible & my "a little bit strong" kuva nukor. I go into invisibility all the time (for above reason & more survivality). Enemies are bullet sponges so what can I do? I kill some but that's it. I'm healer/reviver. Expect nothing more from such mode...
  19. Keep in mind this is far ahead of the curve for most love service games, which are funded on a roughly 2%. The so called "whales" (term coined by a CEO) who spend 1k$ per year. Compared to your average f2p mobile game asking me to pay $99 every single login, I've always respected Warframe for letting me go right to the missions and only asking for five bucks every few weeks Don't get me wrong. I like that you can acquire majority of things. Big part of it is in reasonable time and/or you can buy for ~350 plat max. It's just when I want to spend some money on something I just don't see reasons to do it with WF. I'm just really curious what a seperate collectible has to do with the game and the pricing in the game. Like I cant really follow that thought process at all. Do you complain about the price of an Alien movie bluray being too high when you go out and grab a $100 Alien collectible statue? 🤷‍♂️ I've just picked this toy as the price struck me as high. Platinum prices are not very far from that 170$. In dollars (using google to change currencies): 154, 76, 38, 15, 7, 4. "Raw experience" refers to how much she gets out of it per dollar as opposed to if she had a discount. The amount spent doesnt matter. $1k is only nothing if you have the money and want more, if you've gotten what you want the $1k is enough for the time being no matter what you earn. Spending for the sake of spending seems rather uhm idiotic. It would also kinda scew the "raw experience" since you'd spend on things you neither want nor need. I don't mean to literally spend 1k$ "just because". I meant let her calculate if she would still want to pay more money for the same goods. Say, now she buy pack for 100$ that give you 2100 plat (I've changed values just for simplicity of calculations). Let's say that she earns 50k$ per year. That's 0,2% of hear yearly income. That's not even 1%. That's pocket change. Now take income per year from other country. Now she earns 12k$. That 100$ becomes ~400$. Ok, but how much resource does it need in kg? And what about work price and other prices? I've found 1kg of materials is roughly 40$. I took more or less missures of that statue, build cuboid of it and I've calculated how much KG it will take. It took something bellow 3kg. That's ~120$. Companies probably can buy it cheaper. Then it would be less than 3kg. Of course, my knowledge is almost nonexistent so I bet I missed something. Yeah I just mean I cant see how it impacts the experience of the game. "Boo-hoo! I cant afford the Toy that does nothing for me in the game". It's a collectible to get if you really like the game and really like collectibles tied to things you like. And yeah, the tag seems high since the price to make them is likely also high in the first place. I personally think it is great that companies/bands do these things. I'd kill for a Norse Stone Troll sculpture back in the day when I played Dark Age of Camelot, or a little Kobold maybe. Got so happy when Amon Amarth had a Surtur sculpture availble through a limited edition release of the Surtur Rising album. The thing with that Statue is just look very cheap compared to the price. Look at amazing details in game. Take Voidshell skins for even better results. Here you have just few colors, not mixed. Details are not very good. If you could at least pick colors then it would be better. ps. I know that's not DE fault. It's just as potential customer of DE see them not other factors.
  20. The Indiference meet The Awkawrdness. I can see interactions between those 2 interesting. Before you can even type it the person is already somewhere else. So either act fast or don't do it at all (and don't think too much about it). Doing half job is imho, not great. I check Feedback once a blue moon. I mostly see 5 recent topics and I respond to those that I find interesting. It doesn't matter where it's posted.
  21. Oh, she likes that song that start "I like big *something* I cannot lie* I dont want to torture your mind any further, but you realise that most people dont even read forums right? Now seriously, most blessings are cast because the person casting it needs it or because its a clan/friend thing. Only a small minority are blessings given because someone asked for it. You dont have to feel bad for not saying thank you. Does it really matter? 25% is like nothing. I don't care about it as it don't stack. When I'm in relay I just do it for others. What's shield troll? More shield = more shield gate. And after change current shield matters. If you are SOOO INTO IT you can always press F6 on PC to screenshot. It takes picture and save it in "images folder" in your system. We all know that sometimes you are in chat or stuff and cannot press F. It's ok. It's not big deal. We (at least I) do it for altruistic reason and FOR THAT SHINY PING SAYING 'THANK YOU' BOOSTING MY EGO BUAHAHAHA. No seriously, it's little nice. However It's not big deal as you can see some people respond. I don't need big number of "thank you". Few is enough to feel appreciated.
  22. Visceral heuristics. The reinforcement of the idea more activity = more results. Or as you said: Interesting thing to study. In these games, yes! You call it brainless, but it's more a multitasking thing: Holding a button while doing another thing is easy. MASHING a button while doing another thing is harder. And doing it successfully is more rewarding That's the thing - multitasking. However in games I've seen or played it mostly single task of repeated key press. Like in the New war quest (afair) I can literally take hand from my mouse (right, dominant hand) and just spam E. I get the idea of multitasking or an idea of "more activity = more results". I like Dante because it doesn't make button presses to extreme. On other hand Xaku "for higher level content" is just less entertaining. I've infused Styanax' ability. I grab everything and just spam armor strip (at least I've used to in non sp, in some longer runs). That's just 1 button. I liked Xaku's idea of: - Disarm with 2nd - Semi-cc with Void (1st) - Kill weaker (unarmored makes less damage & it's slower) However that doesn't translate well into high content and it's mostly for enemies that I can disarm. Not to mention Xaku/2 nerf & Overguard laughing at CC. So I think overdoing it is bad move. Your suggestion strike me as that - overdoing.
