Thank you for going back and looking at LoS and Overguard in general, DE. I personally think Dante is great as is (with the upcoming fixes included), and like you discussed on the Devshorts; if you touch range people will be upset, if you touch LoS people will be upset. People get upset when content is too easy, yet upset when you try to keep things somewhat moderate (AoE changes, damage attenuation, etc). I'm aware this comment will get a lot of hate, but you deserve to hear from people who's not just overly aggressive.

Yeah, it's so bizarre they won't at least recognise the bug. It went from "it flashes constantly" to not even appearing on my Saryn anymore. I've even tried to reach out to support to get eyes on it, no luck. @[DE]Megan@[DE]Danielle you're our only hope :(

That doesn't explain why previously supported glyphs don't work. I used to have the Isochronon Glyph, so tested by swapping back to it, and it's not updating on my profile.

I have also tested it with glyphs that previously worked. The moment my forum account was split into a new one from my PSN one, it hasn't updated. It's as if it's not properly connected and simply is a clone of what my account was at when I enabled Cross-Save.

When will people who enabled cross-play be able to update our forum avatar? It used to change with the in-game glyph, but ever since I enabled cross-play it's been stuck with what I had prior

Greetings, I'm trying to buy the True Master Emblem Pin, but despite being LR3, the store doesn't recognise it after the Cross-Save account has been made. I looked at the pin before the cross-save, and the store recognised my rank just fine

A detail I noticed about this new forum account (and my previous one, which is PSN for my case): none of them update with the in-game avatar anymore, so that makes me even more concerned that something is not working as intended.

Any info about losing access to previous support/forum account? I asked support almost a month ago, and no reply yet.

Anything on this?

I'm curious if you can at least let us know if it's intentional that we lost access to our old forum and support accounts? They still exist, but I noticed none of them (previous and new) update the display picture despite changing in-game, so I can't help but feel that enabling Cross-Save has cut ties with both my PSN forum and support account AND this "PC" account's forum and support account. This definitely has me concerned for my account. And it's been 3 weeks without any reply to my support tickets, so.. Yeah, this isn't a great situation and I honestly think we deserve some answers before you open up cross-save next week again.

I'd love for this to be solved so I can see my cosmetic again. It'd be nice if someone from DE at least would acknowledge they're aware of the issue? @[DE]Megan @[DE]Momaw

I'm in the same boat as you. I only play on PlayStation, but thought I'd enable Cross-Save just to have it set up. This weekend I was met with "cross-play/-save mismatch", as I honestly missed the part of not being able to trade with people without Cross-Save. This is going to make a mess long-term, as we'll have to ask if people have cross-save enabled (something people might not have any interest in making, if they only play on one console). I understand the requirement of Cross-Play gotta match, but Cross-Save requirement is going to exclude console players who have no PC or any use for a Cross-Save account. Having lost access to my old forum and support account, along with having to shift to trade with PC/Cross-Save only Tenno.. I've regretted the decision to enable it.

Same here, and the same applies to my Support Page. I reported it back on December 21st, but I've still not heard back from support, so chipping in here.

Yeah, I wasn't eligible for merging either, because my PC account was new, but it defaults linking to my PSN. I suspect the "new forum profile" is unintended, as it doesn't seem to update the avatar based on what changes you make in-game.
