If you're talking about the standing then the first 2 open worlds probably feel slower to max because they don't have tokens like zariman and Cambio drift. On Zariman and Deimos you're not wasting time when doing bounties while maxed since you're still getting standing through the tokens, you can farm a week's worth of tokens in one day.

They could release them again, if some loser is really going to cry about his exclusivity like a kid in Fortnite then they can keep their profile badge while DE sells only the skins again. Exclusivity with digitals goods is always such trash, it's not like they used some rare material to make these skins it's just numbers like everything else

There's not really a lot of variety with enemies for that to be worth making
