With Frost, I can avalanche for shields, setup globe, eliminate the area, destroy globe, then move to the next area. I have a hard time playing dodge ball so I prefer having a well defended location. Best when you setup in a kill box for maximum visibility of the enemies. I build for max power with stretch, normal duration, normal efficiency, and avalanche augment.
