Specifically, I think it's the Biz, and we'll be learning about his shady origins which are somewhat alluded to in his and Eudico's dialogue bits. What are your more or less founded theories? DE has stated that they'll eventually revisit 'themes' with new frames but with different archetypes. Kind of like in DCUO where the same powerset can have 2 or 3 roles/archetypes. That being said, it's also possible this is the Ordis quest Steve teased a while back, which would also explain the blue light.
