Update 18 was the second dream, update 19 was The War Within. Also updates dont follow normal numbers. Update 18 went all the way up to 18.14.2, then Lunaro to Lunaro 7.1, Specters of the Rail to SotR 2.3 and so on. Basicly we got a bunch of named updates before we even hit a round 19. Both Lunaro and Specters of the Rail were a part of U19 as a whole (or at least that's the way it was intended to be), but still your points are valid that just because we're hitting 19.5 already doesn't mean too much.
