His concept is being a parasite, a lot of them can reproduce asexually or not reproduce at all. So it is very possible, Nidus has no sex at all. But if I were to judge on his anatomical structure I would say Nidus is a male. Unless he went to Tumblr and identifies as a toaster or a mattress. I mean, Warframes don't really need sex characteristics, as far as we know they don't procreate, so, really, if you want Nidus to be a girl, I don't see why they can't be. There's a good chance the Orokin took some poor people, injected them with space herpes and radiation, then stepped back to see what happened. They could have been human at one point.
