Sometimes OST's from other games, different genres of music, particular artist streaks like led Zeppelin or def Leppard. Podcasts, random YouTube videos and even at times nothing. I always have the in game music turned down except for quests and if I don't put anything on it's just the in game sounds and sfx. However if an assassin shows up, or I'm fighting a boss, I swap over to Mars, the Bringer of War (in the case of Assassins, they usually die before the orchestra really picks up).
