Pretty much all skins dont work with incarnon. Nobody expected this one to suddenly work. Beside the uninformed, I guess. Yes, that is how weapon skins work. They are literally made for those weapons.

Host migration - breaking all the things. Getting staggered during casting that makes you unable to shoot, casts abilities, use melee or Transference (unstuck doesnt work either). You just looking at potential results, but forgot about costs. This issue is pretty niche, it affects maybe 1% of the playerbase. Automelee/autofire affects 99%. There is another similarly niche issue with Excalilbur Umbra cancelling all buffs whenever you Transference, its effects are similar to affecting 1% playerbase and we got Dev on record stating that it will not be fixed and why exactly it will not be fixed.

I am not saying it cant be done. I am simply saying that presumable effort to achieve this goal is much higher than profit from end result. You shouldnt base you weapon aquisition on rivens you get. Many weapons are just fun or/and powerful and do not need the rivens for it. Some other are dull and no amount of investment including rivens will make them fun and/or powerful. Livia is kinda mixed thing. It is a Two-handed Nikana, group type that currently only has one available stance, moveset of which many people dislike. Livia has a very high Slash ratio (90%), which is very good, but than is dissuading you from getting high progenitor bonus, that will dilute that ratio inevitably (every Tenet/Kuva weapon gets a base damage bonus of 25-60% in one of the chosen elements - magnetic, radiation, impact, toxin, electricity, cold, heat). As all (I think) Tenet Melees it has paused combo duration when not used. It can be used, but is it as fun or powerful as other melee options? No. Will god roll riven change that? There are alternatives. For PoE: Hunt Thumpers (Desecrate/Chesekrate works) For Deimos: Do Vaults (escort) and Obelisks, For Fortuna: Exploiter Orb drops bunch of mining/fishing materials, but I wouldnt advise that over mining/fishing, because this fight is horrid.

You like this cookie's taste and you'd like to keep eating it, but You do not like how it looks and smells. So you want to eat it, but you rather it looked and smelled differently. Is it supposed to only look ad smell differently for you or for everyone else? How will you know whether what it will be changed to will suit your tastes? You want a selection of various looks and various smells so you can customize it? There is only one solution to that conundrum: Make your own cookie.

There is no shear stat available for rivens in English language Warframe. I can only assume you mean Slash. Azothane is extremly niche weapon with extremly niche weapon type and Stance that many people dislike. Riven looks ok-ish for 2016 BR/WW x12 combo build, but those are not very popular nowdays (and if you run combo you have to use the awful stance moveset). If you did not find exact stats you have, you need to check the closest stats and be able to tell whether you roll is better or worse than those. Also have in mind what you see are Sell offers, not actual value of the item (or the value of the trades going on, so if you see them they are most likely higher than the purchase power of whoever is buying). The supply of rivens is always higher than demand. All in all I think you should be able to get realistically 150-300 p for it.

So, slavery, instead of machines? Interesting.
