I had the exact same reaction But you're going to be able to pull off even more CC?? I'll finally mod Frost Prime then. Also I'm gonna make a max range chroma and see if his Cold Spectral Scream will chain and fully freeze crowds. I'm very excited for this update.

It's in the final stretch of the video where it's mainly Pablo talking, I believe it's after he's done talking about Status Changes

Jade Shadows - Dev Workshop: Enemy Resistances and Status Rework
TeaHands replied to [DE]Sam's topic in Developer Workshops
Ohhhhh Chroma's ice breath freezing a whole squad of enemies sounds prettyyyyyy dope. -
That's fair. I'm hoping that Radiated Reload will remedy that issue. Still waiting for DE to release a gun with a 10 second reload that involves us carefully kickflipping off of it.

I love me some good single target weapons, I went for +cold bonus specifically just to get the Cold Ephemera. But I think I'm going to stick with it because cold AoE's are becoming a favorite of mine and Primary Forstbite is doing some crazy favors for this weapon. That was me with the Bubonico for a while. Infinite Ammo Auto Shotgun with an AoE blast hit me with a face full of serotonin. I'm sure I'll make a similar thread for Torid when I finally get around to farming it. Only took me 5 years to finally grind out the Chakkhurr
-
Latron is fantastic, I loved it before Incarnon. But there's something about Chakkhurr's presentation and flair that sets it apart for me. Can't comment on Torid since I haven't gotten that one yet but I know thats a gewd one.
-
It's a slow semi automatic gun with a longish reload time, so it's fiiiiiiine. (I usually eat my words so Chakkhurr is about to have the nerfing of a lifetime. Sorry.)
-
Used to just aimlessly jump between guns without second thought. But I finally had my life changed when I joined the Church of Chakkhurr. Never have I ever pulled a weapon out of Foundry, brought it to Mot Steelpath, and was immediately smitten this way. It hits SOOOOO hard, has an awesome reload animation, bonus headhsot damage, impact procs and crit chance out the wazoo, what's not to love?? Absolutely gobsmacked with how good this gun is and how it fully lived up to the hype. Seriously, brb gonna go hunt some planets with this beast. Hopefully it won't make too much of a mess.

My dream Opticor has a mode that shoots like the Prothean Particle Rifle from Mass Effect 3. -

I like that Dante gives hugs and kisses

This is what I immediately thought of when I saw Dante using his powers. -
Reb talks for maybe 2 minutes worth of the podcast? Maybe less Reb has been behind a lot of the monetization options in the game. Getting players to pay for power made them mad, but were fine with cosmetic purchases. According to Reb about 10% of players are funding Warframe. She has spent over $1,000 in the game so far, does not use any sort of employee discount so she can get the "raw" experience. Game industry is looking to lean a lot more into Live Service type games and there's been some pushback from gamers, like with the new Suicide Squad. It was pretty short and had a long ad at the beginning lol.

What makes Dagath so forgettable to the community?
TeaHands replied to Prof-Dante's topic in General Discussion
Getting her seems a tad bit tedious and her gimmick is horses without being able to use the horse they designed for the game. I completely get why they didn't want Yareli 2.0 but I imagine it took a lot of wind out of the sails of those excited about a Headless Horseman Frame. -
Just gotta let this one out. Warning there is a little TMI but I need to rant into the void so I don't say something mean over the phone to someone just doing their job.

I've been using Artax with Shivering Contagion since it turns cold procs into AoEs and it grinds small crowds to a halt. It also does the same to Archons. Then I use Duplex Bond Mod and the clones are just freezing everyone. Artax is way better for debuffing then dealing damage.

Do you believe an infested nemesis/lich would be possible?
TeaHands replied to NeverToReturn's topic in General Discussion
My theory is Infested Liches are coming with 1999. They'll have old monitors and TVs as their faces so they have a way of speaking with us, and we'll get Proto Weapons from them. -
Genderswapped frames in the future yes or no
TeaHands replied to arch111's topic in General Discussion
I'd rather get Voidshells applicable to all skins before slapping some massive buhonkerdonkaloos on Barruk. But that's just me. -
Latron and Atomos are my all time favorites due to extreme bias. I already loved those weapons before Incarnons and was so happy when they were fed Buff Juice. Felarx, base auto shotgun is great against more durable enemies, then being able to split them in two and taking out crowds feels fantastic. Onos, arm cannons are already a cool, giving it 3 different types of shots is just *chef's kiss*. The base shot has been melting Steelpath Necramechs for me. The cone of death that leads to the super laser is great for crowds, I'll just spam that with Corro and Green Shards to melt armor. Then using said cone to buff the super laser feels super satisfying.

I was really hoping the Sirroco would lead to some mods that have different Active Reload bonuses. Like it adds a random element (that doesn't mess with your current element setup) to your Magazine on Perfect Reload or your next shot will Ricochet to nearby enemies on Perfect Reload. It's such a cool mechanic that actuallu makes me look forward to reloading, can't say any other game makes me feel that.

Ohhh yeah I forgot Pillage did that, I'll have to try it out. I've been using Wyrm Prime for status cleanse. It's got some funny rules, timing plays a big part. The new Sanctum Simulacrum is the best place to try it out. You also can't Triple Jump in Relays and similar public levels. You'll know you've successfully Triple Jumped when his wings pop out. He can do the basic jump 3 times in a row. He can also bullet jump twice, and add an extra basic jump at any point while in the air. I'll try to add some videos as a visual aids later but some maneuvers you can try are: Jump, Jump, Jump Bullet Jump, Jump, Jump Jump, Bullet Jump, Bullet Jump Bullet Jump, Jump, Bullet Jump You can also throw in a roll for some crazy distance. My favorite for big rooms is Bullet Jump, Roll, Jump, Bullet Jump. I also use Amar's Anguish and Yellow Shards for Parkour Velocity so I'm just flying lol.

Excuse me, this is very disrespectful to do in the middle of Dante's funeral! He's dead and nothing will ever bring him back!!

I am very happy with this change for my #1 Boi. I agree he still needs changes to his 1 and 4. But I would also change his 2 to have it function like the Augment all the time. If Wisp can drop very similar buffs and allies don't have to stay within a perimeter of her motes to maintain it, the same should apply for Elemental Ward. Constantly having to be aware of my allies position in this game gets tedious as hell, everyone moves way too much and fast. I have to disagree on changing his passive. I love his Triple Jump. I still need to try Pillage on him, but my current goal is trying to make him a reliable support frame. And DE just gifted us Guardian Armor, it just needs to be a bit more reliable in Pub matches. Either way, this has been one hell of a Year of The Dragon.

What is your favorite gimmicky Warframe?
TeaHands replied to Crusadatron's topic in General Discussion
I would have to say Nidus and his Mutation Stacks is my favorite gimmick. Building up stacks feels very satisfying with the way it gives him more damage, armor, and self-resurrects. Also changes his appearance, which is super dope. Though Lavos and his Cooldown/Alchemy shenanigans is quickly climbing the ranks with with addition of his most recent Augment.
