(NSW)Lunavay Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Here's a possible solution for people who are having trouble receiving the drop, - Go to your account setting and check if your Twitch user name is displayed correctly. - If it doesn't show or says something like 'refresh to get your info', unlink and link again. Did a update possibly unlink our accounts? Just checked and both my twitch and my mixer are still linked and still showing the correct screen name.
