Use Limbo with max range and as many loot detection mods as you can (don't forget Animal Instinct and Vacuum/Fetch for your companion).  Rest of the mods you can apply to taste.  Periodically cast your Catacylsm as you run around the map.  The remaining icons on your mini-map should be the caches.

Reason why the build is more important than watching a video is that the locations are somewhat random and you can conquer all Sabotage caches once you have a Loot busting build.

Note that loot detection mods will stack, so loading as many up as you can will increase your range.

Also, the vertical range on loot detection doesn't seem to be as large as the horizontal range, so keep bullet jumping up into the air to ensure you aren't missing things above you.

Also, open crates as you find them so they are removed from your map.  That way, if you have to backtrack, you won't go back to locations where you've already cleared out the items in an area.

One of them hides in the ceiling at the entrance of the two sided room that fills up with water while you defend the console. There are little tiles in the dome like ceiling that are missing and you jump up into it and theyre hiding in the rafters above the ceiling.

Another is often in the elevator shaft on the way down.

Another is often times in the deadend submersible tiles, in the sharkwing parts. But not the ones that dead end into a tiny pool. The ones you have to actually swim around in.

And lastly there is sometimes one hidden under the floor in submersible tile with the long tube filled with fanblades. On the side that is usually the entrance, swim in along the tube and then descend and look hidden under rocks coral or debris. Trying to describe from memory so forgive slight inaccurate mental picture painting.
