RunningChaos
I was wondering what's your best mission in Warframe and what new missions would be awesome? I personally think the Invasion missions where you go from Grineer to Corpus ships or vice versa are the best missions in the game. I like that it feels more dynamic with the explosions and the portal where you cross over. The sense of everything is on the verge of being destroyed. I truly think DE can build on this for future mission design. Maybe add a Grineer ship attacking Corpus while you are doing a Corpus mission in a open area. A new "change of plans Tenno" from Lotus perhaps. A portal appearing and Infested jumping out. What do you think? Archforge
I don't have a "best mission" but I have always loved the earth tileset even before they upgraded the environment there. Everything seemed so calm despite the grineer occupying them. I guess I'm just bored of the lifeless ship tilesets. For new missions design, I would probably like an escort mission where we help either the corpus or grineer in transporting their supplies across an infested heavy area. Every checkpoint, there's a wave of infested that they need to defend against before continuing on the next checkpoint up until they reach the extraction point. The larger the map the better since I want to kill a lot of infested as possible.
Lazarow
As for fun Id like something that has reasoning with it like why do we do it, invasion kinda give us a reason why we do it. Missions that make you feel like you are a part of the world and your actions matter for the whole system and people are depending on you. id like some new Urgent missions time limited which give some evergreen rewards they would pop up whenever and last up to 8hours, like 3-4 a week. KirukaChan
My favorite mission type right now is Assault, since it involves so many different tasks, which makes the choice of Frame more tricky than your typical Defense or Capture mission. The rewards are crap though, so I really only ever play it when it's in a Sortie. I'd like more Assault nodes, as well as to have them added to the other factions in some form or another, so that things like Fissures or Syndicate missions could happen. Better rewards for the one we have now would be nice but I'm not gonna hold my breath on that one.
o0Despair0o
I'd say defense. It's fun to join low-level defense missions and just watch the newbs do their thing, and occasionally jump in to save their butts. Heck, I made a new friend by poping Wisps buffs around the defense target and talking to people why the CC buffs did all the work lol. It's also nice when they compliment you for your FashionFrame :s Other than that, I'd say I'm looking forward for Railjack. Finally some ship-to-... everything combat. Though it's a shame the RJ ship looks so damn ugly.

I would like if there were more caves like that, that can lead to more Earth type tilesets with missions to complete in them. I think DE should use POE as a starting point and have branching area's. Same thing on Orb Vallis.
(PSN)Eluminary
I like disruption quite a bit. Fast pace and time investment to rewards is better than avg, it beats out excavation in arbitrations now.
vanaukas
Almost everything is pretty nice or tolerable for me except for defection and the profit taker.

What if, while we're doing a defence mission, a new map area opens up with a different faction spawning in and trying to get the pod you're protecting. You can split up and hold off multiple factions. It's still basically a defence mission, but with a twist.
nslay
For me, it's a tie between Lua Spy or Void Sabotage... the tilesets are stunning. But Lua Spy is pretty darn elaborate for a Spy mission even if it is very easy once you figure it out.
Aldain
Honestly I don't have any strong feelings towards any mission types, aside from a burning distaste for Defection's slow pace and buggy A.I (seriously the escapees keep getting shoved into walls). I don't really dislike any other modes besides that one, I'm just hoping for Railjack to be a bit more involved and dynamic.
