The issues with void traces

Some problems with void traces;

·       New players will have a hard time in farming for relic because of the limited cap they have.

·       The cap of void traces is limits how often you can farm for the prime parts you want.

·       Farming void traces is a pain because the amount of void traces you can receive is between 6-40. (without booster or kavat)

·       Using a kavat only makes a small difference since the affinity buff happens at random.

·       There is no option to take void traces out of other relics you have upgrade.

·       Fissure missions are only one way to get void traces. (nowhere else)

Solutions:

·       Take off the limit of void traces you can have and give you the ability to store them up like the old key system. This makes it to where people, (especially new players) continue to farm for prime parts without any limitations and can save their void traces for the next primes.

·       When receiving void traces after mission completion, the amount of void traces should be increased to 15-50. With this change you can gain void traces much quicker and you don`t have to rely on kavat if you don`t want to or don’t have it. (I’m aware of endless missions but its time consuming and the minority of people want to get them as quick as possible)

·       If you have void traces in a relic that you don`t need what it`s offering, you have the option to take I out and put them in a relic you want to use.

·       You should be able to get void traces from;

The nightwave market to buy with the nightwave currency. (25 void traces each)

Bounties from open word tilesets. (25 void traces)

Sabotage, spy, defence mission rewards and caches. (15 void traces)

Bonus:

In every fissure mission their is a target you have to capture and it you capture it, you will get a bonus 100 void traces.

And another thing to add, DE STOP MAKING MULTI RELICS FOR NO REASON. Just add two new prime parts in one relic like the duel lex relics, this just adds to many relics and makes it more of a grind for no reason, you used to do it with they key system. Doing this make use have to use multi trace on more relics plus you have to come up with new number for new relics which is a waste of time for you to be doing. Seriously change this, make future primes have multi new parts in one relic, what you doing is VERRY UNESSASARY.

Slowing down the acquisition of new primes is the goal.

And even then I feel that the slowdown isn't that big.
I mean it's not hard to have a stockpile of traces, then when a new prime drops just upgrade one or two relics and keep doing that (especially with how DE streamlined that process) until you get the part that you were after...and at that point you'll have gained back some of the traces you spent so you can just repeat that process.

And if things become really dire it's not hard to jump into a random super fast mission solo without relics and just rush to collect some void traces and then go back to the actual grind.

It doesn't take all that long to get the prime pieces you're after.

The amount you get from a fissure run is actually 6-30 traces w/ 5 more per person who choose your relic reward.

There are actually 2 other places you can get traces but you are still rolling the rng dice:

1) Granum Void as an A reward.

2) Isolation vault containers.

The reason DE did this was because they want the players to burn the relics to get enough traces to go after relics the players do want to use it on. The problem is players have so much relics from actively playing that we need the option to be able to crack multiple relics at once. Just cracking 1 at a time is too slow now which has led to older players speedrunning through fissure w/ aoe weapons/frames because it is more efficient.

Making it 50 traces max would not work because a resource booster and/or charm proc could potentially null the cost of a radiant upgrade. Maybe 15-30 would be fine because it is the bottom half of the trace range that hurts the player.

Having traces farmable from other places would alleviate the focus farm it from fissure but it needs to be specific spots so players want to push for it.

Having it in Nightwave shop is fine.

In caches/spy/Defense is fine if it is an A or B slot. It must not be in C because that tends to be where good rewards are placed and you do not want conflicting rewards in there.

Instead of the traces being in the bounties, it should be in the Open World shop themselves to act as permanent standing sink. I am sure many players want to run bounties but because they bought everything they wanted and have nothing else to spend that standing. Make it 70k+ for 30-50 void trace pack.
