Riven challenge with a Hobbled Dragon Key equipped is irrelevant

Just did a Interception solo with a Hobbled Dragon Key equipped to unveil a Riven mod.

Having the prerequisite of having a Hobbled key equipped was pretty much irrelevant. The key only slows down your running speed, but running is for suckers. Bullet jumping is where it's at, and what all the cool kids are doing these days.
Hobbled Dragon Keys do not have an effect on on Bullet jumpipng.

better watch what you say, unless your goal is to get it to start affect bullet jump too

That is my goal.

Ok? It was just a riven unlocking challenge. They're not supposed to be the most difficult things in the game.

Is your feedback that hobbled keys should reduce bullet jumping speed?

Either that, or remove them from the Riven challenge. If it doesn't affect Bullet jumping it serves no purpose, and if it doesn't serve a purpose it shouldn't be.

it does serve a purpose : taking the place of a more annoying condition.

And what about the challenges where it actually does make a difference?

"Scan a simaris target without using abilities or taking damge while equiped with a hobbled dragon key"

You ever tried walking in prowl as ivara with a hobbled key equipped? You cant bullet jump or run because you break stealth

Yeah, interception missions aren't any more difficult so the condition should be removed from interception riven generation. Should be something like winning more than one wave in a solo interception, or something, since a quick one and done against level 30 infested enemies with Ember is pretty much a done deal the second you unveil it.

So you want Hobbled key to affect all movement? How nice of you.

Then you won't be able to open that riven at all. And corrupted mod farming will be even more of a pain. Nobody likes that key as it is.

Or do you want it to be ''20 minute survival level 30 or above, solo with Extinguished Dragon Key equipped without using powers or taking any damage''?

No. That would be like permanently having an exploded ice barrel debuff, and it would make Simaris scan riven challenges impossible. They're already difficult enough with the no traps/abilities/alone stipulations without not being able to catch up to the target.

ok
how do you synthesise a capture target without using any trap or ability with a hobbled key equipped?

I hear shooting it helps, if you're really talking about capture targets... for synthesis targets use an invis frame, use naramon focus, use Artax, etc. - plenty ways, first one being the easiest.
