Warframe Rivens with bandaid stats

What would you guys feel about warframe rivens with stats like 

knockdown recovery, shield recharge , shield, armor, health, fire/ice/toxin/electric/blast resistance, sprint speed, friction/slide, and other stats like this not effecting power and abilities?

We already have mods with those effects that some can also be used in the exilus slot.

Riven mods, combining positive and negativ random stats..for warframes? Like: +330% armor, +75% sprint, - 500% health.... wait o3o'

because they arent as viable than others, the EHP mods i just added because id like to see those also, but fire resistance isnt that good of a mod when its a low percentage, but say its at a high one like 70 or 90, then its good,,, combined with 2 other stats and a manageable negative, you wont think its as a waste of a slot

255% sprint Speed on volt or loki or even rhino aint even bandaid

for a riven

suppose a cast speed stat would be neat as well for a riven,

I feel like unless these rivens would be allowed in exilus slots they wouldnt be very useful and even then just kinda meh.

Band-Aid or Riven? Because quite frankly banning both could do some good.

On Topic: Warframe Rivens regardless of stats should never release. The riven system is enough power creep for weapons, we do not need anything on our frames.

The only way I would accept random WF mods is if they did unique things, similar to arcanes. I don't want just straight up boring stat bonuses like +power strength, range, etc.
