Second Human in my Ship??

Hello,

well i noticed this before, and i dont know what it is .... There is a second "me" in my ship. I hear a strange voice, that i mostly cant understand (i listen music while playing). But i never seen the other "me". A few minutes before i create this post, i heard the voice again, turn around and then i saw this:

Notice the bright green eyes




And then, before i can look closer, it was gone :/




I know, i am a little bit crazy, but does anyone know, what this is, and how  i can kill it?

it happens after harrow quest i had it too dunno what the deal with that is

me too, but i think it's a random thing, i hope i didn't read this thread before it happens, now the surprise is gone
