Bombarder0
If they do, does the paracesis and tau resist from Umbra affect something? or only those in lua
XRosenkreuz
Yes to both. Paracesis doesn't really work for Eidolons unless you can aim you're jumps well, though. Edited October 19, 2018 by XRosenkreuz whoops

I don't have screenshots of me hitting Eidlolons harder, nor of me tanking their hits better, no.
(PSN)watt4hem
mcgamercz (is that how you spell em?) Posted a vid in which he outright snapped an eidolon knee with no buffs (he used an inaros).
Eisdschungel
Same with TacPotato i think. If you can jump on their legs, paracesis works well. For umbra, his "walk around" passive only gets you killed while taking out the shields, making him the worst Frame for hunting imo Edited October 19, 2018 by Eisdschungel

I know it might not be for everyone, but come on.. wouldn't you like to say you did a tridolon capture with Sword Alone? tenno are supposed to be that good with blades, i just wish we could live up to that reputation. (PSN)teacup775
A boss fight with ninja skills. That’s what it should have been designed for. stun , harass, maim, hobble and kill

JohnKable
id love if the paracesis made a tiny bit more sense in eidolon fights. Not easy task doing that and not making the weapon mandatory for recruit channel groups. I can just hope the weapon will make more sense with the upcoming quest, that will be extremely hard if you dont bring the Sentient Slayer with you. I dont think there will be a whole system where the weapon will be a mandatory choice... that'd be just bad design. But just for a quest? im fine with that

Rustmonger42
I haven't bothered hitting his synovia with it but for the final part you can just go at his ankles with Paracesis... and down him quickly. Radiation+Blood Rush+Berserker works wonders

Might be more viable with Melee 3.0 where you can do air combos Hitting weakspots with melee is always going to be inconsistent though so I doubt it.
