It was hard to pick between Raksha, Dynara, Ghella and Voruna, but I picked Dynara because then she would be the first warframe whose name starts with the letter D.

Also, was Fengarou inspired by the Garo anime?

Can you tell me which frame is using a Native American name right now?

Yareli, potentially. There's three conflicting origins for the name but DE claims they based it on the Native American one.

Isn’t there a weapon with the name Amarok, or one close to?

I googled it, and the most warframe thing to come up was a Fan-concept for a Beast/Hunter Frame.

I can't think of any weapons with slight changes but Nataruk is kind of close and in my head.  But that name might be a reference to Natah or/and the region of the same name (Nataruk).

Lycath sounds kinda lame tbh

Yeah, agreed. It sounds like such a lazy name because of the direction nod to "lycan" or "lycanthropy" which really spoils the name for me. Lycaon, the King of Arcadia who was cursed to become a werewolf, would've been a much cooler name and a nod to one of the origins of werewolves and lycanthropy.

These are all really bad names for a wolf inspired frame. Feels like y'all dropped the ball here.

Not really. Voruna is the name of a huntress goddess for the Slavic/Baltic Pantheon that transforms into either a wolf or bear. they dropped the ball with some of the others *cough* Lycath *cough*

Funny enough I thought of Vivillia (Viv-ill-ya) to inject like a sly and unsuspectingly cunning vibe, and I also liked Shakira from the Devstream. I been plotting names, but Ylva was my favorite with it being a female wolf name of old Swedish origin. Good on you, DE. Can't wait to animate a new 'Frame in a thing I'm doin'!
