DE is Canadian so may not subscribe to that specific madness. however, If you want a 100% certain answer you'll either need to risk the plat cost or utilizing great patience contact warframe support and ask them. But if you submitted something unique, like a Rare Pepe, then maybe DE will allow it to go through. But there's no guarantees. Be prepared to lose 150 platinum only to have it rejected. For whatever ridiculous reason the Anti-Defamation League added it to their database as a hate symbol because some racist/sexist/etc hate groups edited it and used it. The original creator, Matt Furie, is fighting to have it removed from the ADL's database. It's not a hate symbol not should it be regarded as one. That said, it is technically someone else's artwork, meaning your emblem may be denied because you do not have permission from the creator to use it. They added racist variants of the Pepe meme to their hate symbol database.
