Tl;DR: they don't have the same quests and story as Global build, IIRC a lot of the writing going forward for Chinaframe is all in Changyou's hands. If you really want to go play Chinaframe because they have Primed Streamline and Umbra you don't understand what they are. Different storyline to fit China beliefs, and way more expensive to play.
