Plains of Eidolon: Hotfix 22.0.9

Can there be a reduction in time between spawning of fish, and a garenteed fish spawn for each bait? I have used so much bait and yet had to fish for hours on end to catch a measly amount of fish.

Also, can you please fix fish swimming directly though solid land and rocks?

Still no fix for not being able to choose a new bounty mission without returning to your orbiter and coming back.

to reproduce the bug:

Step 1: complete a bounty

Step 2: return to Cetus

Step 3: select a new bounty (old name appears at the top left)

Step 4: Go to plains, get dropped into a (possibly bugged) session with no active bounty

Workaround is to return to Orbiter.

Check if the countdown started for a mission. If not, just select the same mission from Konzu again.

that is not the issue. if u dont have it then fine. but what he/she said is true. its random to keep trying, its best to return to ship and come back down and start another mission.

All Zaw Grip and Strike blueprints are now available at Rank 1 from Hok, and all cost 1000 standing.

1. So can I have my standing back please?

That will be like 2-3 days worth of grind, since I got 4 maxed Zaws and was crafting components for the 5th by now.

2. Zaws are still bugged though.

“Unable to gild the Zaw” bug is still not fixed.

No way to remove sugatras either.

EDIT 2: Voltaic Boogaloo: Anyone who wants to say "Just fish during night time at the Geyser Pond for Lungfish" doesn't understand that a) I already know b) it still takes hours and c) forgets that you can only get Quill standing at night. For Clem sakes, it takes over a minute between fish spawning.

If you already know.. how come you complain about? No I mean really, it take max 15sec between spawns (and here we are talking about more than one fish).

If you wait 1min. you are wasting time and should have moved to another “rock” long time ago.

For me it is all about moving around and dipping into the water (just enough to make it move and not getting mag proc).

But gotta agree with the night thing, though bait should adress this (haven’t tested it, rarely use bait).

Plains of Eidolon: Hotfix 22.0.9

General Plains of Eidolon Changes

  • All Zaw Grip and Strike blueprints are now available at Rank 1 from Hok, and all cost 1000 standing.
  • Increased the damage of all Amp Prisms and Scaffolds.
  • Reduced all instances of Amp self-damage.
  • Archwing disabler projectile no longer hit dodge-maneuvering players on explosion.
  • Archwing disabler projectiles that target a flare have reduced explosion radius.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where players could trade in Brilliant Eidolon Shards for Endo. Maroo has returned from vacation and is sorry she got some tin-suits in trouble.
  • Fixed an issue with audio stuttering out on the Plains.
  • Fixed melee stances not staying equipped on ungilded Zaws.
  • Fixed the Ceno Cuirass not having similar build requirements to the Vahd Cuirass.
  • Fixed Eidolon Lens rewards from incursions not displaying properly.
  • Fixed Pull applying damage deformers and ragdoll to some enemies it shouldn't be.
  • Fixed Nova’s Worm Hole being able to escape the outer boundaries of Cetus.
  • Fixed an issue where Fusilai would sometimes reload very slowly.
  • Fixed Archwing disabler projectiles not actually tracking countermeasure flares.
  • Fixed Archwing disabler projectiles not being affected by bullet attractor pulls (Mag, Amesha, etc)
  • Fixed Zenurik Energizing Dash not always showing the proper value in the HUD buff when in two bubbles at once.
  • Fixed clients using Transference sometimes getting extra HUD buff icons.
  • Fixed a UI issue that occurred upon spending Focus while also redeeming Brilliant Eidolon Shards for Focus.
  • Fixed Magus and Virtuos appearing as Mods when crafted in the foundry.
  • Fixed amps built using Shwaak Prism and Shraksun Scaffold not passing through Volt’s Electric Shield.
  • Fixed Eidolon Lures having strange hitboxes until downed.
  • Fixed some leaking caused by Teralyst VFX.
  • Various localization updates.
  • Various crash fixes.

EDIT: Removed a note about amps no longer costing standing to gild. My bad!

  • Fixed Amps NOT requiring standing to gild.

Soo no more buning for trasfering eidolon shards into endo?

Still no fix for the following bug:

Ammo mutation mods do not appear to be working if you walk from Cetus out onto the plains - this also affects Carrier's Ammo Case precept which does not appear to be working at all, even increasing weapon ammo count.

If you go directly to the plains from your orbiter everything works normally, but if you walk in to Cetus and back out, it's broken again.

Ammo mutation and Carrier's Ammo Case work just fine in the rest of the game.

Fix is all good but why does such a thing need to exist when you have very little to gain by using archwing in combat. Beyond that, the frequency of which the projectiles are shot at you be it from ballistas, hellions or vruush turrets is the biggest problem. I swear i end up spending most of my time trying to dodge these projectiles rather than actually engaging in combat. Really the only thing that should be able to shoot these archwing disablers are the vruush turret as they cant move and id imagine have a fair cooldown. Whereas enemies you could have 2 ballistas and 2 hellions raining hell on you. As such the only way enemies can knock you out should be to destroy the archwing.

can someone explain?

Fishing spears only catch fish if they do enough damage, so using the wrong spear on a fish will take multiple hits. Volt's passive ability grants his next attack more damage as he moves around. Because of his passive, Volt can catch any fish with any spear.

No, they weren't.

Operator hairs are still invisible from behind, broken, or just plain glitchy and see-through and have been that way for years now.

Operators haven't been around for years. They're a fairly new addition.

I've been playing Warframe since the earliest days of the Steam release. For the most part, they have released completed content, albiet with some bugs, but that's unavoidable. Over the last couple of months, there has been a dramatic change in the quality of content they have been releasing. PoE is simply the latest iteration to demonstrate this. Content that is simply unfinished or missing. The vendors not being fully functional, the lures not working. These were not bugs, this was completely non-functional. It almost seems like a management change has taken place or a policy change has been implemented as incomplete content is a new thing for DE. The rest of the game industry it's fairly standard, and one of the reasons I have supported Warframe for this long is that they stayed clear of that fatal flaw the rest of the industry follows on a regular basis. If this trend keeps up, I will find somewhere else to spend my time and money.

not a problem - take out the turrets and all enemies that can shoot you down bit obvious really

with 150 launchers in your back pocket getting shot down or bailing to kill enemies is not really an issue after all if all 4 players used archwing that would get pretty dull so there has to be some mechanism to knock them out.

Last high level bounty mission I burned through 5 (3 to get me to target, 1 to give cover and one to exit) got knocked out once in heavy fight - no big deal

Seeing many requests for fixing Convergence Orbs spawning mid-air, below the floor level, behind the map boundary wall or other unreachable location ...

I for a change would like orbs to be completely removed and improved conversion rates from lenses instead - at least quadrupled considering outrageous focus costs of upgrades in Focus 2.0.
