Additionally to the 1 step forwards and 2 steps back thing, there are still oddities like tier 3 having 1 wisp on common while tier 4 has it on uncommon.  Not sure than anyone doing 4/5 bounties want wisps anyways though.  And increasing the ammount of items in the rare pool to more than counteract the two shots at them in 5 step bounties. :(

The good: bounty 5 is amazing relic/breath farm now and semi-decent wisp farming. 

Its nice to be able to purchase specific gems and rare fish parts for people who dont want to fish/farm.

The bad: kuva reduction to 100 and 300 respectively per "reward" makes rolling kuva feel like a punishment especially for resource boost users. Assuming you roll kuva for every single reward you get 500-1500 kuva for a 10-15min+ bounty whereas floods are done in about 7min max. The numbers get significantly worse if dont roll kuva x5 times. Even worse the kuva rewards are not affected by resource boosters meaning at best you spend double the time getting 25-75% of kuva of a flood if a player uses a booster.  I'm sure credit rewards are equally insulting but I already have gara.

The plague star bounty mission. Im honestly not even sure what to say about this. You've managed to take the most tedious, boring bounty stages and GROUP THEM ALL INTO ONE MISSION. The long run, the "armored vault" where you are just standing around for 3 min, a long escort, the "camp liberation".... Does anyone with decision making power in the office actually play their own goddamn game?

The arcane effects are a bad joke. Unless bullet/double jumps start being weaved into combos like ground slams are for certain stances these things will effectively get used once at the start of a fight and that's it unless the player's weapon is so weak they actually have to disengage from an enemy before it does.
