just a quick community discussion topic, whats your hopes or what do you want to see in warframe in 2019? 

so far railjack is scheduled for 2019 as is new war I think

Fashion for sure. Melee 3.0. I'm hoping they make new unique warframes especially female ones (we all want some bootylicious frames). A fix to all the server lag issues.. PLEASE?

What I hope for: Trials, Operations with leaderboards, the Nemesis system for clans, Dark Sectors (or something to make alliances mean something other than drama centers), and Railjacked PvP (so you can defeat other players' ships in epic space battles).

optimization and speed would be nice

i did here they are breaking 3.0 melee into multiple stages correct?

i hope trials this time are better implemented 

Nemesis i forgot about, i was hoping for that to 

maybe railjack will but i hope its a side thing not a full part of the play normally, like conclave for example but with ships maybe?

well, I'm a great believer in tempering one's expectations, but I still would like the following:

- no more fake Lotus: at he end of the New War, I'd like either regular Lotus back or Ordis as a replacement, depending on how that quest ends and what happens to Natah. not a fan of glitchy lotus, and if I'm gonna hear the same lines over and over, I want them to be said by the proper Lotus.

- for the New War to live up to at least some of the hype and blow our minds like The Second Dream did, and to tie up loose ends as much as it will likley ask new questions.

- for Railjack to not just be a larger and clunkier version of Archwing, and hopefully for Railjack to bring a new Archwing flight system that doesn't feel nauseating.

- for basically any updates to only improve and add to the game, rather than take away from it.

i totally am on board with the fake lotu thing, if not why not have pack or buy-able option to get others from the game as a voice companion? an example teshin, captain vor, ect 

we have them in login rewards now be different so could be a thing

I really would like a Tenno grenade launcher. Something that would give me the same feeling than playing the Demoman's nade launcher in TF2, or the Mortar from Xonotic. No, Tonkor doesn't fit that description.

that's a good point actually, There is no Tenno faction grenade Launcher. I could imagine it being either a sleek single-shot launcher, like an M79 "Thumper", or a revolving multi-shot launcher, like a Tenno MGL:

Something that actually mortars? As in, high arcing shots that can hit enemies behind walls due to dropping on their heads and requiring quite a bit of skill to aim? or something more like a slingshot: fairly straight fire path with arcing?

I don't want a M79, I want a Milkor MGL.

The Tonkor is already the equivalent of the M79 since the Fortuna rework.

If by acting like mortars you mean "travels in an arc, bounce on walls, explode on direct impact with enemies or after a short fuse", then yes.

I want to see improved movement animations, because the running/sprinting/walking animations and many of the older animations in general are bad compared to more recent animation work. They're also subpar when compared to other games in the industry.

I also want to see some QoL improvements to older tilesets like The Derelict, as well as a rework of tileset skyboxes.

Actually you know what ? Forget the Milkor MGL, I'm gonna get an EX-41 / China Lake for the fashion points.

A pump action nade launcher would make an awesome Tenno themed weapon.
