ivlr3vil Posted July 11, 2015 Share Posted July 11, 2015 I say it's pretty rare, but I just don't have a good use for it at the moment. I'm not sure why I'd want this over a max steel fiber on any frame. I guess if you have a very heavy weapon and cannot copter, it makes sense. The other reason I could see why people would want this, is for Rhino and if they don't have the arcane vanguard, which I don't have a problem with really.
