Gamma745
It was in a Sortie Spy mission. I only fired one shot from my Paris Prime, which didn't kill anyone (I aimed at the body instead of the head, my mistake there).
SordidDreams
Are you sure you didn't kill anyone? AFAIK this can result when you have a multishot mod. Shooting the weapon counts as one shot, but each of the projectiles counts as a hit, hence a >100% accuracy.

I did remember trying to kill one enemy, but it was slightly to tough to be one-shotted (denying stealth kills), so I just went along and finished the Spy objective. 4 minutes ago, SordidDreams said: AFAIK this can result when you have a multishot mod. But the mission reward display is still amusing nonetheless.
(XBOX)VIOLATER X
this happens with all bows and weapons with punch through, say you hit two enemies when you shoot only once in a mission thats 200% accuracy... also ivara i like it very underused Edited May 13, 2017 by (XB1)VIOLATER X sidenote

There wasn't any enemies behind it, so doubtful it's punch-through related. 24 minutes ago, (Xbox One)VIOLATER X said: also ivara i like it very underused Would you be happy to hear that it is currently my most used Frame? AlphaPHENIX
What if I told you, 125% is nothing. A homie of mine once blazed it with 420% mate.

Dark_Chroma_Prime
When you use multishot an both arrow hit the enemy it has an accuracy of 100%+
Tsukinoki
Quite a few reasons to be over 100% accuracy: -Multishot -Punchthrough -Shotguns in general (hitting more than 1 enemy with a single shotgun-shot (easy to do for say the boar) leads to a greater than 100% accuracy) Used to be throwing attacks with glaives added to accuracy. Hit 1 enemy with a bullet then just use the glaive throwing attack and end up with accuracy in the thousands by the end. Joezone619
"accuracy" isn't accurate... ironic.
Xyngrr
Accuracy is just hits scored / shots fired. For chuffing numbers, take a Vauban and regularly enjoy 1k thanks to your flechette grenades and even modest trigger control. Yep, Irony abounds. :)
Birdframe_Prime
Also remember that fire Accuracy also counts in Abilities that affect enemies, or even targets that could be destroyed like Cameras, Sensors, Crates and so on. It also adjusts your percentage based on where you hit on the enemy for 'accuracy'.
LagartoPunkarra
This happens when hitting multiple enemies with the same shot, regardless of punch-though. It happens a lot to me with shotguns and weapons with an Arca Plasmor styled projectile. I managed to get this accuracy with a Fulmin a while ago. (And yes, I'm Spanish, precisión is accuracy. And yes, I reached 2600% accuracy.) Edited June 16, 2021 by ElecDeathblade
Wolfchild07
It can go well over 9000! I've had about 13-14000% before. Endless missions with weapons like the cyanex can get you there. Any weapon with projectiles that hit but also bounce/lock on to multiple enemies.
