When you realize Mirage will be the first primed quest frame, how will that translate?

So with Hentai Hydroid Prime released, temporarily marking the end of the male priming cycle, comes Zephyr and soon after Mirage. So when Zephyr Prime gets announced and released in the coming 3-4 months, how will you think DE will handle Mirage's priming?

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm just wondering about the lore implications, not the mechanics. And yes I know all frames get prime, just wondering.

They won't difinitely go in release order, so it is possible we get Mesa or Equinox Prime (Equinox is officially a female warframe before anyone argues that) before Mirage. As to how they'd make it work? I have no idea.

Volt and Banshee come from the Tenno Lab and they drop as normal, and Vauban comes from alerts, and yet relics are still how he can be found. Quests would pose an interesting challenge to prime as they imply that there aren't a whole lot of these items floating around, whereas a boss fight or other aquisition there are as many as you need to find.

Perhaps they were more abundant in the Orokin Empire, so there are more blueprints to be found (in lore). This is supported by the Octavia Comic, where we see several Octavias standing as an escort for Suda at the end (I think).

Helios says hello.

Yes, I know that Helios is not officially referred to as Corpus tech, but it comes out of the Corpus tech tree. Helios is 'Corpus' much as Diriga is 'Grineer'.

You think it's canon that we kill bosses several times?

That is to allow for gameplay longevity. I think in "canon" it can be assumed that we kill them once and get all the parts we need from them at once.

The robotic bosses we probably do kill more often.

Sentinels are all technically Tenno, just just blend in with their environment.

Well, Sentinels according to lore are non-agressive remnants of Sentients, which in turn would make them Orokin by default since they created the Sentients in the first place. We don't have neither confirmation nor denial as far as lore goes that the Orokin themselves used sentinels, but I wouldn't put it past them. The ones found by the Tenno and the rest probably are just remains/mass produced versions.

Same thing that happened with valkyr prime I believe. Lore implications were heavy there as well. As for mirage's quest...I view it simply as every other warframe. We had simply forgotten she existed, and the quest reminded us of her and how to make her, much like, in my mind, when we fight bosses like Sargus Ruk. We don't actually rip a part of a warframe out of their corpse, but the fight causes us to remember how to build X/Y/Z warframe part.

Isn't Helios considered Cephalon Tech (with Simulator and Heliocor)?  I mean it is kinda iffy when it comes down to Simaris and Suda.

If we get all 3 parts at once, then that still counteracts your argument that Warframe part blueprints retrieved from bosses are more common in the canon.

They'd be no more common than the ones we get from quests, because like killing bosses, we only do it once.

I remember using "more easily accessible," but I may (probably did) say more numerous. I meant more easy to find/get.

Actually we have truly *killed* very few bosses - Vay Hek, Jordas for sure, from then on we have seen Bosses suffering from the Vor syndrome.

Yeah it is right now, All grineer bosses are cloned. Alad is infested (magic). Other Corpus enemies are robots, and there's the poor sergeant who's just a random sergeant that you assassinate.

Helios P ? (Corpus Lab, the simaris skin only is cephalon)

Also I don't see any problem with quests frame, but I guess people are still on the "Primes are old orokin blablabla" version exclusively

I don't know if you can truly kill any infested manifestation.  I think once they develop to that level they can always regrow somewhere else IE phorid.  And Vay "fly my butt outta here" Hek bails at the end of LoR too.

Also didn't Alad mention us thinking we killed him when we tossed him into Jupiter...???

As for Vor I personally believe he can not die until he is done giving his speech, and it never ends...

yeah there's no lore holes in mirage's priming. The mirage we were told about in the quest probably WAS mirage prime, just too badly damaged to get the info required to replicate it to its fullest potential. Then we'll start discovering pristine schematics for these prime parts and build mirage prime. No muss, no fuss, no confusion.

Honestly, I like that description for priming quest frames. The quests where we receive the parts of the frame are just damaged versions of the prime.

http://www.tennoclocknews.com/warframe-release-and-prime-log/

Digital Extremes does not follow particular order, up to DEcision. DE did make it clear not to be super-dissapointed (over-hyped) until things is Confirmed.

Don't forget, [Aklex Prime] Relics is from Baro.

Hydroids well DEserved Prime Trailer has still to be worked on. DO NOT go OVER-HYPED.

That mean Next Prime might have to be pushed further, even to make room for follow up Prime Trailer.

Have Patience :| .

From what I remember they said that "every frame after Vauban has a CHANCE to get primed". So I wouldn't count on quest frames getting a prime

No,they specifically said that every prime will get primed multiple times during the devstreams of this year.
