The Excal could be a Founder who's still levelling their starter gear in Eidolon, but dumped the non-Prime Lato due to its inferior stats or it being maxed out before the comic?

Should the artists and/or writer of the comic ignore the Lato Prime exists, just because it's reserved for the people who spend a larger amount of cash supporting the game early?

Or should we take it as hint that with PoE the Lato P will be obtainable again?

At first thought the Artist might be referring to the Euphona_Prime. From Wiki, LPrime depicted.

Yes, and I'm still a wee bit salty DE never bothered re-instating that to me along B.Vandal. I'm over it for the most part, anyway, whenever those Vandals return they'll likely get shelved after hitting Rank 30.

this weapon is probably owned by about 100-200 still active players, so out of 3 million registered losers, it is definitely pretty rare :P
