Yes i see a Mr whippy or 3 in every group, usually myself and 3 other guys just sliding around like jokers and sometimes you get a guy using a gun scratching his head wandering wtf just happend.

The problem is they put a time limit on this game mode so now all meta weapons come out and all offence frames, they could have just dropped the time limit and give the player 1 life/revive it could have been more fun and diverse in gameplay but yea it is what it is, expect to see mr whipy 24/7.

Funny thing is I saw this video about 15min bfr I came to the forums.  Good video.  Really wish there was more on sanctuary onslaught to watch on YouTube as I am living vicariously through them until I get to play it on PS4.  I think playing through solo for a bit and learning it is a good piece of advice.  PUGs will likely struggle at the elite mode due to lack of synergy so the recruitment channel might be a good place to plan some team comp.

I thought this would be more along the lines of squad etiquette. Since the game mode is bugged and difficult to play at the moment, there are things that we can all be doing to minimize the frustration.

For example, if you’re the host and you want to leave, let everyone know at the start of a wave so that they don’t go through the conduit. Host migrations might not affect you, but depriving everyone else of their rewards without at least a warning is pretty inconsiderate.

If you’re a client, go through the conduit only after the host has gone through, so that you don’t get hit by a host migration if they decide to leave.

Save the macaronis until the end of a wave, so that you can minimize the amount of efficiency you lose to waiting for the conduit (unless picking up the stimuli increases the gain you get from kills, which I’m still not clear on).

If you get disconnected, rejoining won’t give you your rewards back. It has a very good chance of preventing any more conduits from spawning, blocking progression for the rest of your squad.

TL;DR- Khora is a little lost right now. She wants to become a cc and damage frame at the same time, but can't hold either feat. She's tryin' to be someone like Nidus but the difference is, this infested warframe can deliver because of the fact that nidus is more focus on damage. Khora however, is balanced more towards the CC half which makes her damaging abilities seem a little out of place in her kit.

Overall, Khora really lacks a focal point, which will make her unique amongst the damage or cc frames. She needs to have a clear-cut role to fill like every other frame in the game. Right now she's just floating somewhere in between which makes her lacking as a whole. Similar to old Oberon and Hydroid, Khora is a generalist in a game that rewards specialists.

She needs some specialization IMO. Not just a jack of all trade.

Not every frame needs a specialization. Look at Nyx, her whole kit is specialized and she lacks diversity in her kit. While highly capable, she's one of the blandest out there in terms of power.

In her current state, you can specialize Khora if you want to focus on a ability :

  1. You can create a rather good damage dealer if you focus on her 1, pumping power strength up with some range added to make use of her 1+2 = 200% damage synergy, and investing in a good melee setup. Once she gets going, she kills pretty fast.
  2. You can make her an incredible CC frame by focusing on her 2, increasing the range as much as you can with some duration added in. You can gather up a whole room in no time, hitting initial enemy with her whip to que up enemy pull waves.
  3. You can turn her in almost the ultimate point defense frame by focusing on her 4. Focus on range and duration, and you get an impenetrable fortress that scales endlessly. [Since enemies from outside will only attack enemies caught in it, they'll have similar levels forever.]

Im in agreement with some of the other comments. Not every warframe needs to specialize. Im enjoying her atm because shes a jack of all.

Sorry, but I have to disagree. Warframe is a game that flourishes on diversity on base choices, builds and playstyle, and the game is designed in a way for you to enjoy most of its contents while doing whatever you want with whatever you have.

I can understand if someone thinks Khora is lacking as a whole (an opinion I disagree with after the recent "rework" on her passive and her kit), but saying she is lacking just because she's not specialized just sounds like "Khora sucks because I can't cheese the whole map either by cc'ing the whole room or immediately killing everything on the map as they spawn". I have been playing around with her for days, and I personally find her kit unique, fun to play and "viable" (whatever that means).

So just wanna share my volt build, which utilizes his speed and shield ability. In terms of weapon choices, I choose to have euphona prime as my main gun. I just really don't like camping as I love to move around with my volt. So far, I'm lovin' the euphona prime for this setup and may you find it fun also.

So I've recently discovered that duality equinox + kohm is kinda fun and can seriously dish out some damage. Only thing I don't like is the AI is quite dumb sometimes. I don't know if other weapons work the same but some say sicarus prime and sobek works good as well.

So if you don't want to listen to stephen hawking, here's my argument on why vauban really needs a re-rework. Plain and simple, his too fragile and needs damage mitigation. His rework IMO did not do him any good at all. I mean, let's take for example mag. She is squishy too but mag can do high levels because he got that feature on her ability that works like some sort of bullet attractor. While bastille is good, it doesn't give you protection to those range enemies who have gun. In fact, you need loki's help to make it effective.

He hasn't been reworked yet.

Wasn’t his minelayer introduction and bounce removal a rework though? 🤔

Staying on topic, I don’t really feel that his 1 and 2 fit in Warframe. I just can’t think of any situation where they’re helpful, even if there way such specific situations, I don’t feel a dedicated ability is worth it. It’s like both these abilities are made for another game, if you know what I mean

Edit: what I find rather annoying is that you need to cast mines and teslas individually, and they have timers (iirc), if we had the ability to cast multiple mines on a single cast (via charging mechanic or whatnot) then I feel it’ll be more worth the time to cast it

True.

@AshenOne07 Vauban merely got some tweaks and his rework is still WIP.

This. ^

@AshenOne07 There's more to come, devs wanted feedback on these tweaks for now since they got them ready. I prefer this interval tweaking over a single full rework. Allows everything to be looked over with a fine-tooth comb.
