LokiTheCondom
I still remembered the stream where we witness two Warframe players got married by Space Mom in-game. It was really sweet and all, but I'm more particularly bothered by this: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Nuptia Can someone confirm this is actually an in-game lore? We're talking about Operators here. Edited February 22, 2018 by LokiTheCondom
DeMonkey
What does it matter? Nuptia is derived from Latin or whatever, it's not a Warframe specific thing.

rapt0rman
Well... getting married in a game is only relevant to a miniscule fraction of... really anyone who pays videogames. So yeah, probably most people forget about Nupita :P And "ingame lore" is already a loose term in warframe, but it "actually happened" in game overseen by the Lotus "herself". trunks013
Thats seems like the exact ceremony they made in the stream yeah. Its acurate to what i remember seeing. Something wrong tenno ? Tenno refer to operators but also to players who play warframe ^.^

Like I said it's sweet and all, but not sure can I dig *cough* two kids getting married, that's all xD 1 minute ago, trunks013 said: Thats seems like the exact ceremony they made in the stream yeah. Again, what does it matter? Devstreams, patch notes refer to us the player as Tenno's, not just the operator. Like I said, it's not Warframe specific. 2 players marrying will always be two Tenno's marrying, that's who we are.
Sean
It is not needed in the slightest. You can still roleplay one if you so choose, but having the devs waste resources on something like this would simply be bad, then there's the other part where the "nuptia"-idea doesn't really fit with the game. AEP8FlyBoy
I didn't forget. I still think it's an adorable way to express yourself. Not saying it'll happen, but we may see something to that effect in Warframe's lore at some point. Maybe... let our operators age (physically) a bit first though. They may be adults in the mind... but far be it from me to say that it'd be a bit odd to see a couple of kids get hitched. To be honest though, this was about a tangible and physical union between two real people. Not necessarily about the in-game Tenno. I still thought it was cute. peterc3
In-game fluff for an in-game marriage between 2 players. Read into a fun event at your peril.

We're talking about Operators here. To answer you directly. No. This has never been in the in-game lore... anywhere, for that matter. Not cinematics, not written, not spoken... nothing. This was a seemingly one-off moment they made happen for a special couple. If I recall correctly, this has only happened once in Warframe's history. Miser_able
It's only a problem in our modern societies, Warframe's world is much different what with leaders eating their subjects, kidnapping and mentally enslaving children, mass genocide, etc. I think a little "underage" marriage wouldn't be an issue. heskaroid
"operators are centuries old" And they display subtle signs of child behaviors in multiple quests, so that common argument is pretty moot.

rapt0rman
Really, for all we know it could just be a purely platonic hippy-dippy life bonding thing, or a political marriage thing, or w/e. It doesn't have to be:
(XBOX)Tanta Cinta
Yes everyone forgot about it and it will stay forgotten because it was a one-time only thing and is hardly brought up. Another one is surely possible but very, very, unlikely. Edited February 22, 2018 by (XB1)OTF SERENiTY
