  1. Shield gating is going to be even easier to pull off and a corrupted mod that mimics the decaying key mechanic is being added. If anything shield gating will be more relevant then ever.
  2. I do alot of experimenting with builds (not for archons) so consistently swapping shards is important to me and this is the major reason for still playing this game. Even though I have well over 40 shards, one frame takes up 5 so they dry up rather quickly. Reducing the cost or allowing us to use other resources would be great but not sure of how much engagement shards actually have.
  3. Unless funny stuff happens with the invulnerability period based off remaining shields, this doesn't seem like a terrible change. Looking forward to testing it out as shield gating has allowed me to play many frames I normally wouldn't enjoy on steel path.
  4. I'm a little confused could y'all clarify? So shield gate invulnerability time is effected by total modded shields. Also it doesn't matter how much shields you recover (say you equip a single augur mod) as long as you recover even some shields, you will always get the full invulnerability time? Also how does overshields effect invulnerability time in relation to abilities like condemn and pillage?
  5. This is an issue that has been going on for three years now and unfortunately we just have to bite the bullet. Wisp prime had increased shields but since her and especially Grendel have such low base shields it doesn't require a drastic change in build to allow shield gating.
  6. It im using melee I almost always use arcane strike. It's just so nice to be able to offload attack speed to something else other then the weapon.
  7. Your one example proves nothing and trials were removed because of bugs not some excuse you made up. It's pretty ridiculous to think there isn't a part of an mmo's player base that doesn't want end game content.

  9. No, there isn't evidence in your favor. There will always be a group of players looking for end game activities in an MMO. Not saying it a large part of players but it isn't "tiny" either.
  10. There is another option in a perfect world. Interesting game mechanics and boss fights. Even something that requires coop would be an ok step.
  11. While I also get the majority of my fun by looking at Warframe like a sandbox, that doesn't really mean anything is catered to us. We simply just have more options for loadouts. People looking for end game activities are not a tiny fraction of players.
  12. I legitimately thought it was intended that magnetize stopped pulling in enemies because of how consistent it doesn't. It is a huge issue for me. Thanks for showing it's actually a bug. Had no idea.
  13. Strongly disagree. DE does not care about veteran players in the slightest nor do they cater to us at all at least in the past 3 years since SP and it's changes came out.
  14. What other good stuff? The $15 dollar skins or the already agreed upon horribly priced regal aya? Do you know how much platinum you get for a similarly priced prime access pack? Over 3000 plus actual frames and weapons. Not just skins. The value simply isn't there no matter how much your post reeks of cope. "Just deal with the real problems...." like the disgusting and sorry state the gaming industry is in right now?
  15. Gets wrecked by any status effect. As awesome as turbulence is, a pinky slap and any status will wreck her. Turbulence isn't quite like Mesmer skin.
  16. We had had old rj and raids. Now there is 0 content that requires coop. While I'm personally ok with that it is pretty baffling for a MMO game. Totally agree about power creep.
  17. Duals swords are a big offender including the carving mantis stance. I personally have not seen this issue on other stances that I can recall right now.
  18. Melee is absolutely fine where it is at. We don't need melee to be the end all be all it was for over 5 years. Sure some stances are garbage and there are issues here and there but melee remains a very strong option. I agree with more mods, exilus slot, and changes to heavy melees though.
  19. I'm talking about brief respite and augur mods which are affected by efficiency and what most people use to shield gate along with decaying key. Polarize doesn't restore shields instantly and if you use brief respite and a certain efficiency, polarize fully restores shields twice which is why it's one of the best shield gate abilities along with condemn and pillage. However you use her however you want I was just curious.
  20. With the linked build, how are you fully restoring her shields with 160% efficiency for the full 1.3 sec of invulnerability?
