All I wanted was the dang empherma, I have nekros and multiple parts in inventory. I wanted what can't be obtained other ways, I did my part, my account is linked, I got nothing. After investigating several accounts from Tenno who had reported the case of the missing Nekros Prime, we discovered a pattern. The majority of Tenno who had successfully received the Lotus Ephemera drop somehow did not also receive the Nekros Prime drop during TennoLive. There was some added confusion when we announced that all the drops had successfully been delivered when that was not the case for those Tenno who had the Lotus Ephemera, but not their free Nekros Prime. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your reports. We quite honestly could not have figured this out without the evidence you provided by simply posting about the issue! What you can expect: We will be running a script on Monday, July 15th once everyone is back from the weekend that will send an inbox message to accounts across all Platforms that fit the following criteria: Successfully received the Lotus Ephemera via inbox. Did not receive Nekros Prime (and free Warframe slot). These accounts will be given Nekros Prime. This method has been chosen because it accounts for the biggest error pattern we’ve seen from players in the forums: they know their link worked due to receiving Lotus Ephemera, but they did not receive Nekros Prime despite watching! We’ll update this thread once the script has started. Thank you all for being a part of TennoCon 2019! I'm glad to see that DE is finally admitting that was indeed an issue with the Twitch drops vs the initial "all drops have been distributed to eligible accounts" statement. The post seems a bit condescending though, bragging about how gave over 600,000 free items. Like that excuses how players were treated regarding this situation. What this should show DE is they had over 600,000 fans tuning in to support this game. So maybe in the future DE will keep that in mind before dismissing player's concerns. In the future maybe DE will have their support tell customers they are investigation the issue instead of dismissing them. That being said, the level of trust I have with DE has been eroded. I doubt I will support Warframe on the same level I did before. We'll see Monday if they do indeed make good on their promise to FINALLY deliver Nekros Prime. But there is a portion of the fan base that also didn't get the Lotus Ephemera and some that received neither drop. (XBOX)Auxillus Posted July 13, 2019 Share Posted July 13, 2019 I watched several hours on my phone and then switched over to watching on my Xbox to make sure my account was linked, but I still didn't get anything. Does this mean that I won't get anything since I didn't get the ephemera, so I can't be chosen by your algorithm or whatever you're using to select players? I made sure my twitch account was linked to my warframe account prior to watching. I’m hoping I’ll reveive at least the ephemera on Monday. if evidence is needed I did comment several times during the course of the livestream under my twitch account: eliami. What happens if you didn't get the ephemera or even watched 30 minutes to get it because you only wanted Nekros? Again, a fix just for some isn't a fix, silencing some is not a fix just because less people will complain about it. Even if 1 player misses out on the drop because he didn't met criteria but did watch the 30 minutes with his account linked, DE failed to deliver what was promised, i must insist that if DE can't solve this they must reward every player with the drops like they did with ash prime to cover all mistakes.
