[DE]Megan Posted April 10, 2020 Author Share Posted April 10, 2020 It has been brought to our attention that players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver cannot access the Scarlet Spear Flotilla, and thus cannot play Operation Scarlet Spear in any capacity. We’re working on a fix that will allow players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to play the Operation. This fix will allow players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to: Play Operation Scarlet Spear Obtain Scarlet Credits by playing either Ground Assault or Murex Raid missions Access Little Duck’s Operation offerings However, since Victory Payout and Operation Emblems are tied to and require a multiplayer connection (through Xbox Live Gold/Silver) to be tallied and rewarded, players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver will not be able to receive them. While it’s unfortunate that Victory Payout/Operation Emblems cannot be given, we hope that the overall ability to now participate in Operation Scarlet Spear outweighs this circumstance. We didn’t want players without Xbox Live Gold/Silver to completely miss out on this multiplayer Operation! We're hoping to get this functioning in a Hotfix on Monday - a lot of behind the scenes changes are involved that need to be thoroughly tested for many scenarios. Fixed inability to destroy the Aerolyst’s canisters if you were attacking in Limbo’s Rift. We have that on X1 ... I experienced both ... I hope 27.3.10 is coming soon. (XBOX)toughdragon17 Posted April 12, 2020 Share Posted April 12, 2020 When are you guys going to fix the whole event its boring, to GRINDY with overpriced rewards and minimal score and credits given, and its way to repetative the rewards arnt even worth the grind you guys put all your time and hope into the arcans that you couldent come up with any other good ideas for rewards that would be worth the grind like an armor set, some more new weapons like a sentient secondary to go with the primary (not reskins with stat increses), a railjack cosmetic, an erra nogle, a new ephimera, ect... this event has no life to it and it dosent make me want to play it again it makes me want to brake bricks with my bare head Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
(XBOX)TENTEI JASHUGAN Posted April 12, 2020 Share Posted April 12, 2020 The main problem with the event is that it takes 40 min to complete a ground squad mission while the space squad can do it in 20 minutes for nearly the same amount of credits rewarded. In order to be efficient, you nearly need to have 2 ground squad for each space squad ... but why would people go to the ground with such rewards ... not talking about the fact that it's way harder and exhausting to do the ground mission compared to the space one. You just have to look at the leaderboards ... ground rarely reach 10K while space is above 15k ... As for the rewards, I love them. Being able to get all these arcanes is awesome. Other wise you say you aim it at co-op yet it's not really it is to run it but if that the case it should also be the same for getting it. That you should be able to co-op to collect the parts. (XBOX)AMONGTHEWEAK Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 Loving the Scarlet Spear update, little buggy here and there but not really been an issue for me so far. Even though it is driving the arcane prices way down, which was inevitable anyways with time, the rewards are great and so easy to get. Joining with PUBG is a hit or miss so forming a good team is the best unless you want to take forever killing the enemies towards the higher waves on either ground or space, you will need a good formed crew who can cc and kill.
