Koumei & the Five Fates: Hotfix 37.0.1

Changes: 

  • The Relic Reward selection screen will now show the crafted/owned status of the items within the cracked Relics!

    • We intended to ship this with Koumei (as it was mentioned in our September 18 Dev Workshop) but it wasn’t quite working as intended. The Relic Reward screen looks a little different now to accomplish this change. 
  • Improved the Fusion confirmation popup to make it much more obvious that you are using a Legendary Core.
    • This is so that you don’t accidentally consume those precious Legendary Cores unintentionally! If you have since the launch of Koumei & the Five Fates, you can submit a ticket to support.warframe.com.

  • Made several audio adjustments to Koumei, including toning down the high frequencies on Koumei’s Omikuji cast. 
  • Made mix adjustments to the Infested Oni’s vocals. 
  • Adjusted the Kaminari Ephemera’s coattails cloth to make it more flowy and less stiff. 
  • Updated the error message when a purchase fails on a Steam bound account to better communicate to players the reason. More information in the dedicated Steam Account Binding & Auto Login post. 

Companion Changes & Fixes:

  • Updated Paralytic Spores’ description to make it clearer that spores affect nearby enemies.
    • Now reads: “Charges at an enemy within 30m dealing 160 damage. This releases spores that affect enemies within 15m, opening them to Melee Finishers, and slowing them by 50% for 10s.” 
  • Fixed Unleashed’s description being incorrect and still stating that Sunika will grapple the target.
    • As a reminder from the Companion rework, Unleashed now targets all Eximus units instead of just “VIPs”, which was a rather restrictive category (ie. Capture targets). It also deals 300% damage against Overguard, making it far more useful overall compared to its previous version. 
  • Fixed Companions standing still and not using their abilities if any of the Bond Mods (Momentous Bond, Tenacious Bond, etc.) are equipped. 
  • Fixed issues with Territorial Aggression’s spawn/despawn VFX. 
  • Fixed several crashes caused by Sunika’s Savagery. 
  • Fixed script error with Companion Mods in UI. 
  • Fixed script error caused by Scan Matter. 


Fixes:

  • Fixed casting Caliban’s Lethal Progeny as Client in a full squad causing one of their active Summulyst/Conculyst/Ortholyst summons to despawn.
  • Fixed Fate Pearls earned from Shrine Defense missions being affected by Resource Boosters.
    • Similar to other special resource rewards (Vestigial Motes, etc.), these are not intended to be affected by Resource Boosters – the additional Fate Pearls you earned during this time are yours to keep! Be sure to say hi to Koumei for me at her Shrine next time you visit the shop. 
  • Fixed Nova’s Null Star causing a 2.5 second delay before you can cast any of her other abilities. 
  • Fixed crashes caused by Mastery Rank tests. 
  • Fixes towards crashes that could occur in Relays or after someone leaves your Squad.
  • Fixed controller binding to open map legend in Open Landscape advanced maps not working.  
  • Fixed the Galvanized Steel, Reflex and Elementalist Mods having the incorrect Fusion Endo cost (10k) to bring them to max rank. 
    • It will now cost 30k Endo, as intended, to match other Galvanized mods. For those of you who fused it to max before this hotfix, put the Endo you saved into a piggy bank!
  • Fixed Augment Mods not being carried over when duplicating Mod Configs if they were for Helminth injected abilities (as in, not part of the base Warframe). 
  • Fixed the capacity cost of the Koumei Enigmono and the Heurodis decorations being incorrect in the in-game Market (5 instead of 100 as intended). 
  • Fixed several Syandana clipping through Koumei’s skirt. 
  • Fixed the Lato, Strun, Aklato and Vectis clipping into Koumei when holstered. 
  • Fixed the wrong popup message (“Acquiring Targets” instead of “Joining Session”) when attempting to join a squad in a Shrine Defense mission. 
  • Fixed Challenge progress appearing reset to 0 for Revive and Cipher challenges (Healer, Cheater of Death, Cryptographer, Operative, etc.) after logging into a different platform on a Cross Platform Save account.  
  • Fixes towards the Vauban Phased Skin not applying to Vauban Prime:
    • With Prime Details off, the Skin now appears as intended. 
    • Skin can now be colored customized. 
  • Fixed several script errors caused by Koumei’s Dice HUD element, Omikuji, Bunraku ability and Omamori ability.
  • Fixed script errors caused by Loadout UI. 
  • Fixed script errors caused by the Favorite button in Arsenal. 
  • Fixed script error caused by Caliban’s Sentient Wrath, Fusion Strike and Lethal Progeny summons.
  • Fixed several script errors caused by map legends.
  • Fixed script error caused by quick time event prompts. 
  • Fixed several script errors caused by Mods in UI.
  • Fixed script error when picking up Offering in Shrine Defense mission. 
  • Fixed script error in Fate Pearls shop. 
  • Fixed script error with Infested Oni in Shrine Defense mission.
  • Fixed script error caused by Gyre’s Rotorswell. 
  • Fixed script error caused by Wyrm. 
  • Fixed several script errors caused by sorting by name in appearance Arsenal.  
  • Fixed crash caused by Nova’s Null Star, Neutron Star Augment and Antimatter Drop. 
  • Fixed crash caused by Higasa’s shield while aiming. 
  • Fixed crash when loading into Sanctuary Onslaught missions. 
  • Fixed rare crash after attempting to bind Steam and Warframe accounts.

Thanks for the hotfix. Please add a way to remove the Endpoint mechanic from Nova's Wormhole. It adds a cast delay that is noticeable and jarring for players already skilled with this ability. It feels like Void Sling for me right now, and that's not a good thing. I would love to get old Wormhole back with seamless chaining of portals, not this if possible.

ctrl + F, No Venari fixes. If nothing in this hotfix changed, Venari cannot use any of her abilities/stances at all, only uses regular attacks.

 

Venari is fixed despite not being mentioned, but old issues still remain like Protect Stance trying to disarm the same enemy and not other enemies that still hold weapons (animation is very slow and static too, which often leads to Venari dying).

Was vigorously trying to figure out what was stopping my pup from using it, many thanks on catchin' this one!

So am I just supposed to twiddle my thumbs during this or is running this a billion times really the solution?
Oh right, the solution is Platinum. Obviously.

So as nova: When i use her 4 to speed up things her duration is very short (7 seconds with 300+% duration) her slow version is still at close to 20 sec.     

Im talking about the part of it that applies the speed/slow not the debuff on enemies.  

Is this a bug or intended?
