Cmon... Umbra a way for people to replace excal for a shinier version since the prime version isn't gettable...kids crying for a shinier toy, that's what people that want Umbra sound like.

And some prime mods we don't have YET...

Don't hold your breath. Sheldon (the guy who releases primed mods, in charge of drop tables -- the studio manager) said he only put it (primed streamline, which was leaked a while back with some other unreleased prime mods) in the game files to troll the players... 

Chinaframe can choose to do things differently from us, so they can choose to give people Primed Streamline anyways. They could technically prime whatever they want. The only thing they really can't do, which they agreed to as part of the deal, is release the original global build founders items. 

We will probably get Primed Fast Deflection eventually (the last of the leaked primed mods shown a while back), but Primed Streamline was a troll. 

It is extremely unlikely a Primed Streamline or Intensify will ever make it into the game (the global build). 

I don't mean to be a bummer, I just don't want you to get your hopes up for no reason.

You didn't really research much on the difference between chinaframe and the global build did ya? 

Not to mention you have to pay plat for a single color, not a pallet just a single square color.

Because having a theme of kids fighting and destroying a tyrannical government is considered disruptive to social order. (Can't be having another Tiananmen square incident)

And a few other things off hand because their "Morality" laws are weird and let them censor or ban anything the government finds "offensive"

sure, "more content and features" keep telling yourself that. 

i dont think the last 3 content updates have been popular. rivens got a mixed reception as some see it as more grind and the opposite of balancing the game which is what DE said they are doing . you know the justification for all those nerfs . octavia was so annoying they had to add a mute slider in the options. limbo is more annoying than ever even if you dont mind the nuking like me he bugs the game some times and teammates wont be able to activate objective points or revive people randomly 1/3-1/5 the time when limbo nukes to often and some one is interacting with stuff

primed streamline would be a million times more useful than primed regen

Umbra is comming, along with story (something china warframe doesn't have) and skins may appear in the future, china warframe simply decided to release content because shiny content is what makes cash over there.

Again, if china warframe is so good, then simply go play chinaframe, hope you enjoy it.

Of Excalibur with battle damage revealing that the suit is fabric thin and there's human flesh beneath it?) were basically fan art which got 'borrowed' for use as promotional material for China frame.

To be fair, that wasn't their artwork, both of those images were fan images that they took to use for advertisements.  Another thing Chinese publishing companies are known for.
