  1. Where did you get the idea that this was the case? Adding +Slash does not increase the damage of Slash procs, but it most certainly does affect the balance of damage types (if there is Slash to begin with), which in turn determines the likelihood of what type of proc you get when you do get one.
  2. Usually you'd pick one between Primed Pressure Point and Condition Overload. Mind, you're mostly just getting Viral procs with that setup, are you using some primer (i.e. gun for procs)? To handle SP Grineer better, lower your elemental damage portion (use 60% Toxin, maybe even unranked), and / or add Carnis Mandible for more frequent Slash procs which will do some heavy lifting, against that SP Armor. And what Chad there said :D
  3. Besides the in-game Codex, I highly recommend making frequent use of the Wiki, it's a great source of information. https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Serration You could e.g. try Spy for a bunch of useful (or even valuable for trading) Mods, but also for "basic" Mods like this, you could simply ask your Clan for a freebie (BTW join a Clan if you haven't yet).
  4. Could you show your Mod Config? Any chance the Mod may have gotten unequipped after a Forma or something? And, where did this happen, what mission? Was there maybe a Host Migration involved?
  5. To trim down repeated bits, and show what I thought they were talking about. Because if this is truly what TC meant ... ... then that's certainly not something I would've ever assumed someone would ask for, it simply makes no sense to me to gain Affinity on gear that you don't currently have equipped in the mission.
  6. Many tasks work like that, you can also e.g. complete a Riven that asks you to kill Dargyns by running Kuva Assault, killing some at the door, then aborting. It just depends on whether the task gets credited immediately, or upon mission completion. Also, this doesn't really seem like any kind of "infinite scan" exploit to me, you still only get 1 target per mission, or are you saying you still get the full (few thousand) Simaris Standing from the target even after aborting? Mind, even that last bit, while maybe worth fixing, wouldn't be a huge deal in my book still, you can easily get that much Standing e.g. from a few stealth scans, so ... whatever :P
  7. Do you mean Excavation? Pretty sure that doesn't give Affinity outside of the Circuit, so I don't really see why it should do so there. And, seriously now, you want (a tiny bit) more Affinity from Circuit, a game mode where you get loads already?
  8. Affinity from your own ability kills is not supposed to, and never did, get shared across your equipment. Same deal here, killing with one weapon will give nothing to the rest. No bug. Basically, it works like this: Kill with an ability -> 100% Affinity goes to the Frame. Kill with a weapon -> 50% Affinity goes to the Frame and 50% to that weapon. Let an ally kill stuff -> 25% Affinity goes to the Frame and 75% is spread equally among your equipped weapons.
  9. Yeah maybe there should a limit to how fast an Invasion can progress, like a minimum of ~12 hours guaranteed uptime or something. That said, while a free Potato etc is certainly nice, you can make the Plat to buy such an item in a similar amount of time via farming stuff like Primes or Corrupted Mods for example, so missing an Invasion shouldn't trouble you all that much.
  10. It should only cause issues if you try to use a bunch of codes in quick succession that have expired / that you've already used before.
  11. Where is this gap? What background? Could you share a screenshot of this?
  12. You bought the two Segments that Son sells. The Archon Segment is a different, third Segment. Like the game is telling you, do the Veilbreaker Quest, and craft the Segment you get from that.
  13. Pretty sure Rhino's Iron Skin still works against Status in general after having been transformed into Overguard, the same however can't be said for Frost's Icy Avalanche, I just got Rad (and from an Eximus, Mag) proc'd in the current Sortie with it active. Frost giving not just himself but also the Squad "Icy Skin" protection was one of my favorite options for Radiation Sorties, now even that niche has been taken from the ol' snowman, I sincerely hope that is a bug and not intended.
  14. Mods like Flow, and Vitality and whatnot, work off the base stats on your Frame, i.e. what you have when unranked. Any "Rank Up Bonus" like +50% Max Energy is added after Mods. No bug.
  15. It seems you didn't succeed in that task, so it's normal to not get the reward for it. Like, it's not highlighted like the other tasks, and it's at the end when normally it should be the first task in the list. Are you saying you actually did clear the task in both of those runs? Maybe the translation - or UI - is borked and both cleared and failed tasks get the "completed" text above them? dunno lol
  16. Alas, that does not make the current behavior a bug, the Mod does what it says it does. However, feel free to make a Feedback topic, to request the reset stop happening on the Incarnon mode, I could get behind that, seems ~reasonable enough.
  17. This, please. Just make the Shadows immune to damage (and ally healing while we're at it, stop that terrible Oberon anti-synergy already) so they will always last their "full" duration (they're mostly decoys, no biggie), making a duration info like this feasible and reliable. It also just fits the image of "immortal zombie army" better to only have them be hurt by their own decay. I kinda agree. Like I said above, on their own, Shadows are mostly just decoys, not super impressive for a 100 Energy "ultimate" ability. Creeping Terrify most definitely falls under this for me, I absolutely despise the "make enemies run away" variant of CC in any game I've encountered it. FWIW, it can insta-kill enemies at any level once they're low enough on Health (and add them as active Shadows), maybe if you could raise that threshold (say, to a max of 50%) with Mods, that'd be enough? Alternatively, as a wild spur of the moment idea, what if holding 1 entered you into a management screen where you can prematurely dismiss and (for a cost) summon specific Shadows you have stored up? It works for Decrees to call up such a screen while gameplay is happening and all. ... then again, that functionality should probably just be on holding 4, heh. And Bastille while we're at it. Or at the very least, raise the base limit.
  18. I like to use my On-Call e.g. to delete stuff like Acolytes, SP Treasurers, Granum Void, etc etc while I sit back and enjoy the (short) show. In Corpus missions I often run pure Toxin, so On-Call lets me deal with any such spawn-ins without having to dedicate a weapon slot to them. They are most certainly more than obstacles, in any case. Not least are they another chance to traumatize astound your Squad with your fashion sense lol
  19. Well ... what game mode? What mission, where?
  20. More details as to what exactly happened / you did would be kind of useful.
  21. Selling Augments is one option for a steady Plat income. Get all the things before you switch. Ye, running only Steel + Veil is kinda the worst combination :P For easy management yet more than 2 maxed Syndicates, you can run a trio of Steel Suda Hexis, or the other 3. A bit trickier would be a 4 Syndicates setup, focusing on either Steel + Suda or Veil + Loka, letting their respective ally rank up (or, stay ranked up) via the 50% ally gains. Mind, pretty much everything except the Syandanas is tradable (yes even the armor sets), so you could get stuff you're missing that way, no need to go through all Syndicates yourself.
  22. To clarify, you're saying there was a timer, the UI just failed to show it?
  23. It really doesn't. And ye, give more details on what mission exactly you ran, only the actual Kuva (Fortress) Survival counts, as the game tells you when you right-click the task for more info.
