Your description is way off, revealed means the challenge is done and completed, meaning you see stats and the weapon. Unveiled is when you equip a riven to get its challenge. Veiled is when the riven hasn't been equipped. Nobody calls them "revealed veiled" or "unrevealed veiled". DE has never said that about either event. Plague Star had to get some touch-ups cause of New War changing the map a bit plus them adding to it. Scarlet Spear was a one-time only event that wouldn't make any sense returning. Nothing was ever said about "internal code".

Poster's statement is misleading. Only a very small amount of Tennogen is not available on consoles. Which ones I couldn't tell you, not sure if there is a Tennogen wiki section or not that might have the full list. There are other cosmetics that are PC only that are not available on consoles.
