I haven't received either of the drops yet either. After not getting the drop after 24 hrs from the stream I noticed that my twitch account was desynced, but I rectified it straight away. Will that affect me getting the drops?

I only watched from 6pm to 7pm.  My account is linked and I've received twitch drops before (including last year's Ash Prime).  I didn't get the ephemera because I wasn't watching before 6pm (sorry), but I should have gotten the Nekros Prime so I don't think the issue is the ephemera.

I seem to recall that last year's Ash Prime also had issues, something to do with Twitch not being able to handle so many drops all at once, so this year's Nekros Prime is probably the same issue.

I'm also in the boat of those who watched the whole thing, but got neither the ephemera, nor the Nekros Prime. And I got the Ash Prime last year, so I know my accounts are linked. 

DE said to wait up to a week, so I didn't have a problem waiting. But my friends all have gotten both by now, so I'm thinking that something is wrong.  Hope this gets resolved for everyone like me.

I saw the first stream and more or less from half of Bricky's stream to the end of Tennocon and didn't get anything. My account is linked with Twitch and I received other rewards before. Is there anything I can do to prove it? I didn't took any screenshots since I thought everything was ok and neither wrote anything in chat since it's not my thing. Will I simply be skipped and that's all?...

Why can't you guys do like you did last year when ASH Prime didn't drop and give it to everyone that has a linked twitch account and that logged on during that weekend ?

Personally, I got both drops on my PS4 account, but my PC account did not get any drops whatsoever, even though I had two different browsers opened simultaneously (firefox and chrome), both with linked accounts of their respective platforms that have gotten drops in the past (so they are definitively set up correctly). Both watched the entirety of tennocon.

And yes, next year make it timed promo code, as it's pretty clear the system doesn't work as intended when there's too many people watching simultaneously on twitch.

After investigating several accounts from Tenno who had reported the case of the missing Nekros Prime, we discovered a pattern. The majority of Tenno who had successfully received the Lotus Ephemera drop somehow did not also receive the Nekros Prime drop during TennoLive. 

There was some added confusion when we announced that all the drops had successfully been delivered when that was not the case for those Tenno who had the Lotus Ephemera, but not their free Nekros Prime. We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your reports. We quite honestly could not have figured this out without the evidence you provided by simply posting about the issue!

What you can expect: 

We will be running a script on Monday, July 15th once everyone is back from the weekend that will send an inbox message to accounts across all Platforms that fit the following criteria: 

• Successfully received the Lotus Ephemera via inbox. 
• Did not receive Nekros Prime (and free Warframe slot). 

These accounts will be given Nekros Prime. This method has been chosen because it accounts for the biggest error pattern we’ve seen from players in the forums: they know their link worked due to receiving Lotus Ephemera, but they did not receive Nekros Prime despite watching! 

We’ll update this thread once the script has started. Thank you all for being a part of TennoCon 2019! 

I knew it, that's why everytime I checked the Warframe Companion from my phone, my Nekros Prime wasn't there. And as far as I know, my brother will claim both of our Nekros Prime since I'm not always at home. Thank you for this info [DE]Danielle!! I thought I'm gonna lose hope!

Can't wait to play the Railjack update! I'm stunned when I saw that 8 players are gonna be in 1 Mission (correct me if I'm wrong) and what I really like is the Ship Raiding!
