RIIIIIIIIIGHT...!

I smell an interesting RP - so it's time to take part! Character's written up as well!

Spoiler

Name: Marie Langley

Alias(es): None

Species: Tenno (Symbiote)

Gender: Female

Apparent Age: Early 20’s

Mental Age: Early 20's

Biological Age: Unknown, has lived since the Old War

Personality: Marie is a person who has feelings but can’t perceive or express them – she does not possess any sense of right or wrong and doesn’t understand what could be considered righteous or erroneous. Marie tends to follow the idea of "kill or be killed," thus she can kill countless people without feeling guilt or remorse. She does what is asked of her by higher-ups and always follows orders.

Appearance: Marie has light skin, bright blue eyes and shoulder-length goldish-yellow hair. There are many scars present across her body from her various operations to become a Symbiote Tenno back during the Old War. Both of her arms are cybernetic - manoeuvrable prosthetic arms made of durable metal. Since she is a Symbiote Tenno, Marie is also very tall.

Brief History:

Spoiler

Originally an orphaned child, Marie was taken by the Orokin and was put into the Symbiote Tenno program. Managing to survive the operations and surgery, she was given a Gauss Warframe and put to work as a soldier of the Orokin Empire against the invading Sentients. Since Symbiote Tenno were usually seen as cannon fodder compared to their Operator counterparts, over the course of her young life as a soldier Marie was treated like a tool – a weapon and was expected to act like one. Due to her previous status as an orphan, Marie had little to no education and did not understand human feelings, with the treatment by her superiors only making this worse.

Despite her high chances of dying during the Old War, Marie’s skill in fighting allowed her to survive many battles and fight alongside the Operator Tenno who she was considered to be inferior to. However, at one point during the war, during a mission on Neptune, she was ambushed by Sentients and was wounded greatly, losing both her arms in the process. Marie was then saved by allied Tenno and received prosthetic arms as a replacement before returning to the battlefield.

When the Collapse occurred and the Orokin were slaughtered, Marie did not know what to do. Having spent most of her life following orders, now she had nobody to follow. Her masters, the Orokin, had been murdered by her own kin. Hearing that many Tenno were entering Cryosleep, Marie decided to do the same in hopes that her masters might somehow return to wake her, considering she did not know what to do without them.

Many unknown numbers of centuries later, she was awoken by the Lotus during the modern era. While personally saddened by the fact that the Orokin had not returned, Marie expressed the desire to listen to the Lotus because she presented herself as an authority to replace the Orokin. She became a loyal soldier of the Lotus’ Faction, though Marie was quite startled that she was no longer treated to be a simple tool and did not know how to react.

When the Lotus returned to her form as Natah and then left, Marie was unsure of what to make of the news considering the Lotus had been acting like a mother to her and the other Tenno. With the Lotus, now Natah, gone to the darkness, Marie was once again unsure what to do with her life – with her superiors having once again disappeared. She considered to return to Cryosleep, but before she could fully decide, that is when she heard the message from a strange alliance known as the “Children of the Flower”. A Tenno faction seeking to rebuild what the Lotus left, Marie felt that perhaps she still had someone to follow – and so, she ventured to the Larunda Relay above Mercury; the location stated by the message.

Equipment: Marie’s main weapons consist of the Akzani dual pistols and the Fang Prime dual daggers. She wears the Gauss Warframe. Both of her arms are also completely cybernetic – due to being linked to her nerves, they provide her with a sense of touch and feeling.

Skills, Abilities and Weaknesses:

Spoiler

Marie’s primary abilities consist of her speed as a Gauss. She is considerably skilled in using her speed to outmanoeuvre opponents to disorientate them. Marie does this because she lacks the physical strength that her peers possess, and thus she would fail if she was not fast enough to avoid the attacks of those much stronger than her. This is also the reason why she does not carry any large weapons – considering their weight could slow her down.

She is almost suicidally reckless in battle, often charging in when the odds are against her. This is because she sees herself as a weapon – and that there is no reason as to why someone should value her life. This often leads to Marie getting injured badly since she ran into a situation which she had little chance of succeeding in. Due to Marie’s constant injuries and wounds, she has grown accustomed to pain and can therefore ignore it with little issue. This allows her to continue fighting even if she is wounded quite badly. However, this also means that she can push her body to its limits and end up hurting herself even more.

I saw that the ratio of male to female characters was 6 - 1, so I though that I'd boost the smaller number by a single digit. Hopefully my character's up to par!

Time to go into this cesspool of a forum once again... what fun we will have...

Spoiler

Name: Andrea Phin

Alias(es): The Phoenix

Species: Tenno (operator)

Warframe: Wisp

Gender: Female

Apparent Age: 18

Mental Age: 20

Biological Age: ???

Personality: a short tempered kid with too much power for her own good. Filled with an odd mix of beliefs and ideals, it showcases a rather unstable personality prone to change given any situation. The most overlying features are high confidence, disregard for others and anger management issues. How she deals with these problems vary from case to case, but she likes to have the upper hand in all situations and grows frustrated whenever she doesn’t. She’s easy to provoke and can quickly resort to violence. Sometimes observed to display sadistic tendencies, she clearly doesn’t feel sorry for those she hurts or kills, and shows joy in combat and destruction.

Appearance: blonde, shoulder length hair, tied in a ponytail often hanging over her shoulder. Scrawny face, like she's been punched on more than one occasion. Void scars creeping along her neck up to her chin. Orange eyes, slightly dimmer than the coloration of her void energy. Dark grey/yellow Zariman body suit with stitch marks all over, topped off by a belt and harness for gadgets.

Warframe appearance: A Wisp warframe of black and white coloration, yellow energy color, and many scars/burn marks, mostly around the hands.

Brief History: It is not clear whether her inability to recall most of what happened back on the Zariman is due to memory loss or lack of effort, but it is a subject she has as much interest in discussing as in pondering about it herself. It was chaos aboard that ship, and she was a child like any other.

More of an attack dog than a soldier when the time for war came, the empire knew how to use her well, and later, so did the Lotus.

Her awakening was only one, Operator and Warframe together, and not by the Lotus or her agents. The enemy knocked on her coffin and she knocked back, but she was volatile and outnumbered. Help came in the form of a symbiote Tenno who took her under his wing. The two went on to commit many deeds in the Origin system while rejecting the Lotus’ call. Records say he was a mercenary, a bounty hunter, and gun for hire, doing whatever seemed profitable in his line of work. The young Tenno followed his example. Their adventures together came to an abrupt end in the jungles of Earth at the hand of the Grineer. What could only be assumed as a Nightwatch hunt for the two Tenno gone wrong on both sides, the event ended with an entire ship yard in ruins, wildfires ranging for miles, and the death of Andrea’s mentor. She was nicknamed The Phoenix for rising from the ashes of said destruction, never quite the same as she was. Now piloting a liset that wasn't hers, with a cephalon now assigned to her, she was surprised to see an invitation not to who was once the owner of this spacecraft, but to her. She decided to check it out on a whim, and because the cephalon wouldn’t stop bugging her about it.

Equipment:

  • Primary: Stradavar

  • Secondary: Angstrum

  • Melee: Dark Dagger

  • Amp: a heavily modified piece if Amp technology, unlike the traditional models utilizing two firing modes, this one only uses one Pencha Scaffolding, increasing it's maximum energy output. The other contraption slot is replaced by a grappling hook mechanism, strong enough to hold and pull the weight of the user.

  • Cephalon: goes by the name of Kos, specialized in analyzing situations and providing optimal solutions, but beyond offering suggestions it’s only other skills are ship operation and hacking. It is prohibited from acting by itself should its suggestions be rejected or ignored.

  • Extra: Operator carries a Knell pistol and a set of Spira knives on her belt, as well as ammunition for her Warframe. Angstrum ammunition can be used as makeshift explosives.

Skills and Abilities: knows several things about explosives and demolitions (how to detect a structural weakness or determine the strength of a bomb), physical prowess even without void powers, average marksmanship outside of Warframe. Madurai focus.

This looks REALLY interesting - thanks for setting it up!

How would this work? (If you think anything must be/should be changed just LMK and we’ll come up with alternatives):

EDIT: I’m posting from my phone and can’t seem to format the bracketed text as Spoilers - can an admin reformat those sections, or tell me how to do so from my phone? Thanks!

Name: The Imago

Alias(es): Latigazo de Fuego (‘the lash of fire’)

Species: Operator

Gender: Male

Apparent Age: Unknown (The Imago always keeps his operator suit closed, and never shows his true face)

Biological Age: 19

Mental Age: Mature (early 40s, perhaps)

Personality:
Mercurial. One moment he is curious and bright, but can quickly become gruff and taciturn. In missions, he seldom speaks, remaining silent and focused on the objectives at hand.

The Imago’s one constant, however, is his deep respect for honor and civility. He does not suffer fools for long, and has absolutely no patience for falsehoods.

Appearance
The Imago has never been seen outside of his Operator suit, which he keeps completely closed and sealed at all times. He is clearly male, but could be of any of the myriad races of Old Mankind.

Some have said that The Imago suffered grievous wounds in the past, which are so terrible that he is now unwilling to expose his true face to the world. Others say this is merely an affectation, or perhaps just a mental quirk brought on by the pressures inherent in being an Operator...

Brief History
[Some people just want to watch the world burn. The boy, Hidalgo de Thomasa, was good, and kind, once, more interested in making lovely pictures from frozen light than fighting, or playing at sport.

Then came the disastrous journey on the Zarimon 10-0. Then came the horror of the Void. The attack that left his frail, human body broken and burnt. Writhing on the deck wreathed in the flames from an exploding fuel cell.

Hidalgo survived the attack. Somehow. At the end came his transformation into... something more and less than human. His body was healed... made better than ever before... but the scars of the burning were deeper than physical. Graven into not just his flesh, but his mind.

Hidalgo took the name The Imago when the Lotus
finally woke him from his long slumber, a half-remembered term used by the psychologists and scientists on the Zarimon 10-0. The word is a shield, a sanitized, technical term he uses to guard himself against the Old Flesh he so desperately seeks to leave behind. A magic pass phrase, one he hopes will, one day, shepherd him into a new, cleaner, existence.

As The Imago, he took as his signature weapons the mighty Ignis, bringer of Fire, the Immolator, the Char, the Righteous Flame. And the Amprex, the Stormbringer, the Chaos Arc, mighty Mjolner, hammer of the Old Gods.

When the Children approached The Imago in the aftermath of the Lotus’s betrayal, he accepted eagerly. Perhaps, with them, and with the other Dispossed and Betrayed they are assembling, he can find a way to carry the purging Fire of his wrath to the woman who lied to him. Who deceived him. Used him as a tool for... whatever it is she wants to accomplish.

The Lotus saved him. The Lotus said she loved him. Said she found his scars beautiful. Said they made him strong.

Then, the Lotus betrayed him.

So now, the Lotus must burn.]

Equipment:
The Imago is a skilled Operator, familiar with many Warframes, but will almost always choose to operate Excalibur Umbra unless another Frame’s specialized abilities are called for in a mission. If a mission calls for mass destruction (usually Exterminate or Sabotage) he has been known to leave behind Excalibur in preference of Ember. After wielding her, The Imago is usually in very good spirits, laughing and joking, particularly if the body count was very high.

In the field, The Imago wields Flame Tongue, a customized Ignis Wraith modded with a variety of different elemental status effects. He sometimes also carries the Amprex, Mjolnir. When he must resort to melee, The Imago prefers pole arms.

Companion:
Recently, he came into the possession of Zzygotte, a female Helminth Charger. In her company, The Imago seems... different. Quieter. Calmer. Gentler. When Zzygotte is nearby, he touches it with the same affection he had previously only shown his weapons, and his Warframe. Since obtaining Zzygotte, he has started bringing Nidus with him into missions, although he seems to find the Frame’s particular skills somewhat... disturbing.

Skills and Abilities:
[The Imago seems... unhealthily obsessed... with flame and fire. In missions, he will sometimes seem to go berserk, spraying the fire from Flame Tongue indiscriminately, blowing out windows and sometimes even (accidentally?) melting mission objectives. Other Tenno have reported having to rescue Capture targets and Defense objectives from him when he falls too far into the depths of battle madness.

The Imago’s indomitable ferocity, however, makes him ideally suited to running missions where mass destruction (Sabotage, Extermination, or Assassination) is required.

When facing tough enemies (particularly if he has suffered heavy damage, or had needed revival) he has been known to keep burning their fallen bodies long after they’ve succumbed to the flames, not stopping until he’s reduced any and all mortal remains to ashes, laughing (or crying?) almost manically all the while.]

Okay, I've been meaning to get back into this for a while.
Name: Morgan

Alias(es): Raptor

Species: Operator Tenno

Gender: Female

Apparent Age: 17

Mental Age: 40

Chronological Age: Hasn't aged since the old war.

Personality:

Spoiler

A testament to Tenno determination, pride and courage, The Tenno known as Morgan AKA Raptor is a girl who remains a determined Tenno who follows her own code that most Tenno follows in their own way. She finds modern Grineer abhorrent, the CORPUS a load of blithering fanatical capitalists and this new line of Sentient forces to be somewhat terrifying.

Her pride also makes Morgan incredibly stubborn which has left her to not forgive those who’ve wronged her even after years of the event and if the person who wronged her is dead or not. Whilst she’s also very proud to be a Tenno and remains confident of the strength of the Tenno, She cannot help but admit she feels lost without the Lotus.

Appearance:

Spoiler

A young girl of the age of 17 or 18 years old, Morgan's body is a far cry of physical strength of her Warframe

Sporting androgynous facial features and standing at a mear 5'4 inches tall, Comparing Morgan to her Warframe is almost insulting. Her overall body is skinny, her muscles equal to a sloth and her skin pale as snow with her hair turning just as white with the years she has been in Cryostasis. Whilst a healthy diet has regained some colour in her cheeks and strengthened her muscles, her legs are still too weak to use properly and she relies on her Warframe to move

She also wears a Saita Prime suit.

Her typical warframe is an Excalibur Prime with gold trim and porcelain white bodywork who's once cracked and tarnished trim and paint has been restored with several system updates to ensure her warframe is on par to modern standards.

Brief History:

Spoiler

Once, Raptor was a proud Tenno who served the Orokin Empire faithfully.

Once, Raptor was feared in the eyes of the her former masters who unexpectedly were slaughtered in the wake of a celebratory day.

Once, Raptor was a Tenno who served the Tenno Council and the Lotus without a question as to their orders or to their consequences, from the Gradvius Dilemma to the Cicero Crisis.

Today, Raptor AKA Morgan is none of those things. She is a Prime without a Mother to call on; she is a dreamer with nobody to tell her to wake up, She is a Tenno lost in a new war she is afraid to fight in. Yet despite her fears, Morgan is determined to seek answers and find the Lotus, hoping she could ask the question of where she is and why she left.

Equipment:

Ground Weapons

Warframe: Excalibur Prime

Primary: Soma Prime

Secondary: Pandero

Melee: Nikana Prime

Archwing Weaponry

Archwing: Odonata Prime

Primary: Phaedra

Melee: Kaszas

Skills and Abilities:

Spoiler

Aside from her being a master in CQC, Marksmanship, Acrobatics, Technology and Hacking, Morgan's forte comes to form in her knowledge of language. She can easily imitate the Grineer's guttural tongue, the elegant speech of the Ostron tribe and translate the strange markings of the Corpus Dialect though she requires an autocorder to imitate Corpus speech. Her knowledge in language seems to parallel with her talents in combat.

However she requires time -and maybe some help from her Cephalon Sam- to translate sentient speech or even Orokin dialect since the former's mostly code and the latter's not been used in centuries.

Lot a fire-using fellas here. Too bad, you're getting another! One semi-hardened Grineer defector, coming right up!

Name: J'Kotal Miinek
Alias: Faux-Nox, Capn' Cook, (Titles granted by personnel at the Hystruc-Salvage-Yards.) Otherwise, no significant titles.
Species: Human-Derivative (Grineer, Bombard Strain)
Gender: Male

Apparent Age: Late Forties.
Mental Age: Late Twenties, fairly healthy by Grineer standard.
Biological Age: Approximately thirteen years since discharge from cloning facility.

Personality: Boisterous and with a spot of good cheer, J'kotal's personality has enabled him to mesh well with a variety of crowds and audiences. J'kotal might seem an oblivious idiot at first glance, but this is a deception - He maintains a positive spirit and a Go-Getter attitude to problems presented to him, and failing that, enough grit to see matters through, as any Grineer that can survive past their first or second year of life can attest.

He's generally one to try be aware of matters before speaking, but his tongue gets the better of him at times and occasionally back-talks folk, even if they're much higher on the chain than himself.
Additionally, he'd not be out of place in the steel meridian - He's a good-spirited individual, and will oft treat others with a degree of kindess, even if he's taking the piss out of them. However, he's prone to Good-Samaritan-Syndrome, and should something go awry on the field he's among the first responders.

Appearance: Standing at about 7-to-8ft tall, as per your average grineer bombard, he shares the same generic face structure, black & orange eyes and an aged appearance as his legions of kindred.
The only difference being that he has a healthy crop of black hair, cut short into a loose crew-cut, with intermittent bits of white. A darkened splotch of diseased skin plagues the lower left section of his neck and jaw, whilst a set of crude Grineer implants in his temples and along his back.
His lower right leg was amputated at one point, and features the prosthetic typical to Nox-units. Various cuts and scars line him, some from wounds whilst some were from surgeries past. A stitch can be seen across his left eyebrow from a removed melanoma, but other than the aforementioned, he looks almost like your average Grineer footslogger.

Brief History:

Assigned to the infamous Brimstone Labyrinth as a rank-and-file Bombard, J'kotal's early career was of little importance - His duty was spent as a lowly guard left to watch the prisoners and guard the parapets and walls. As a defective grineer, the loyalty-implants and gene-cultures failed to fire properly leaving him far more independently minded than his peers and thusly began to loath both the institution and faction he was slaved to. He bided his time until the inevitable prison break attempt, where he would desert his post and assist the escapees, ultimately saving the skin of a Symbiote-Type who would eventually repay the favor and got him well-and-away from his posting.

As for his career, it was relatively quiet for the first few years of his life, taking upon familiar guard-duties at independent colonies from pirates or other hostile forces. It was only at the age of seven did he eventually become a private mercenary himself, having taken the time to learn the basic ins-and-outs of the common dialect and how to work as a freelancer. Following a relatively quiet three years, he would eventually join up with the Hystruc-Salvage-Yards, a Corpus shipbreaking and recycling firm and would oft serve as a scout and prospector,  and did fairly well, barring the one incident involving the dreaded Fortuna Et Ops derelict.

Which leads ups to now. With Hemlock, a Zariman-Tenno actively working with the HSY, keeping the company and it's head honcho very well informed about matters from the Tenno perspective/vantage point, that being the betrayal/revival of the Lotus and becoming Natah once more, the revival of Hunhow, and the impending collapse of the Tenno as a whole and  a supposed invasion by the Sentients, and the rise of the so called "Children-of-the-Flower" all happening all at once, calling the situation a bit of a pizdéc would be rather apt.
Ultimately, the HSY determined that they ought send someone to work with and keep them up-to-date on the affairs of the group. Despite Hemlock's profuse and rather profane degradation of the organisation as a whole and decrying the idea of sending someone as "A terrible, stupid, awful idea" the decision went ahead.

J'kotal was the one to accept, under the notion that their opinion in regards to Non-Tenno would determine the standing of these "Children of the Flower" and how to treat them in turn. Though the workforce was loath to let go of one of the more well-liked administrative personnel, the operation was greenlit and J'kotal was geared up and dispatched.

Equipment: J'kotal has a variety of gear bestowed upon him for this operation, though some bits here and there are of his own acquisition. They are as follows:

Nox 2.0: A suit of Nox gear, so thoroughly modified and changed that internally it bears no resemblance to the original, and anyone thinking that it's similar is in for quite a shock. This altered suit of armor is hermetically sealed, with a chemical foaming agent designed to fill in any ruptures of the ferrite-weave undersuit should the heavy exterior armor be breached. Additonally, it's fully kitted out with an environmental analytic suite, able to process the local atmosphere and sample it for various compounds, with the bonus being able to produce, recycle and maintain a breathable atmosphere inside the suit, even if it tastes like chlorine and dirt. Also possess a shielding system, to protect from all manner of hazards. Visually, the only thing that sets it apart is the Galvanik armor peices attached where applicable.

Heavy Ignis: A modified Nox chemical dispersal tool, this has been warped into a souped up version of an Ignis, loaded with what is essentially Acidic Super-Napalm, able to maintain either a stream of burning chemicals or globs of sticky hell-goo. It possess an ammunition synthesis module, otherwise known as Ammo-Mutation to the Tenno, but it's not terribly efficient, requiring a degree of sparing use. Despite this, it's capable of some particularly gruesome handiwork.

HYS Cycron & Falcor: More utility than anything else, these two items are stylized after the company whom they bear their namesake. Taking upon a olive-viridian hue to their plating in place of the greys and blues respectively, they are the go-to-fallback when the Heavy Ignis runs outta gas. They have been brought up to Tenno-grade standard, which makes them a cut above the average tool and J'kotal has been trained in the basics of using either. Mostly utilised as impromptu wetwork tools such as a blowtorch, razor, cutting device and cooking utensils.

ObS. : A simple acronym for Observer Sentinel, this gunmetal-grey Diriga sentinel kitted out with comms-gear and surveillance tech, this little buddy can either operate independently of J'kotal or attach to his armor to provide an auxiliary sensor suite that is overlayed on the glass dome. It's capable of linking up with the local wetware and tech services of the group, as well as the landing craft and through that, the HYS. It's role can also fall into Overwatch with its inbuilt sniper-rifle, specced to deliver fast-acting corrosive munitions to choice targets.

Fabber-Kit: A simple array of bits, bobs, screws and drivers used for assembly, disassembly and kitwork on the field. Can be used to tinker with gear, or Macguyver'ed hacking tools should all else fail.

GOSPEL: A truly abominable piece of hardware, this thing is a hodge-podge of various Grineer vehicles and the occasional Corpus tidbit to form what is effectively a self-contained autoforge, travel-device, living space and assault craft, it's a vaguely octagonal tube stitched together out of eight stolen Firbolgs and a Gox or two and is roughly the size of two standard cargo-drones long and five drones tall.
It's bristling with the bumps and nodules of Grineer tech that either feature high power turret mounts or retractable comm. mountings. When in space and its array fully expanded, it looks like a Bristly metal, octagonaturd of a thing, but It's tough, it's got 360 degree coverage and can manage tight-beam communications and encryption over huge distances. This is due to Cephalon involvement, both of the HSY's cephalon York alongside Hemlock's own Cephalon. It's also been assembled to Tenno specifications of wetwork craft, despite its abominable appearance, and thus it's frustratingly hard to detect due to multiple redundant Faraday-cage assemblies forming its construction, as well as all manner of EWAR and Decoy gear.

Most importantly, it's built around the Autoforge and the Delivery Mechanism, hence the callsign GOSPEL. A majority of the craft's frontal section is a dedicated launch tube and vehicle assembly, capable of rapidly building what is effectively a modular torpedo chassis that can be specced for personnel delivery, explosive ordinance, sensor-probes or various other bits.
A Pseudo-Cephalon manages the Autoforge separately from the craft, and can also manage some degree of resource processing, though for optimal performance GOSPEL is best loaded with materials and components rather than having to rely on on-field scavenging and harvest. Interior wise, it's utilitarian and a bit cramped but for the Grineer this is as homey as it can get.

And should all else fail, it's a capable bomb as well.

Skills and Abilities: J'kotal, as a grineer, comes with all the traits and hurdles that entails - Crack-shot aiming, superhuman physiology, combat implants and imprinted combat training. J'kotal compliments this with field-experience, an ability to grit his teeth and soldier on through harsh circumstance and a degree of good fortune. He's well geared for work in all environments, and has some friends with benefits, even if it's only to a degree.

  Hide contents

It's a gathering of older RPers, there's bound to be some connections here and there. If I used my Nightwatch Grineer OC for this, I'd probably mention the Brimstone Labyrinth as well

In order to familiarize myself with the fellow players' characters, I read quickly through those character sheets and figure out what Cephalon Palutu might think about each character (and their equipment).

Disclaimer: These are mainly just what I think as Palutu's first impressions if she read those profiles. These are NOT information she has in-game. Also don't feel too disheartened if she doesn't have much to say about someone, she has her own interests (and the player just read the profiles pretty quickly). Think this as a practice RP writing for Palutu and general interaction idea brainstorming 😄

(How crazy count of characters we have!)

Zero by MetroFallout:

"Seems professional, probably not someone who will become too troublesome onboard. CUSTOM ARCHWING LEMME SEE IT NOW!! Actually heavy customization overeall. Hmmm. As long as they are used properly... I will check those for faulties."

Lucas Edwards by Locky122:

"Another professional. Good. Also a practically orientated technician, maybe he might actually listen to me. More modded weapons. ...ooh. An antiquated ship! I have to know if there is lost knowledge in its design! OPERATIVE EDWARDS, PLEASE BRING YOUR SHIP TO THE MAINTENANCE WING FOR EXAMINATION."

Cyrus by Oobloobx:

"A Tenno. Not surprised there is another statistically deviant one, they are children after. Infestat... KEEP YOUR STUDIES AWAY FROM THE HUB!!! You may be immune, but not everyone is! ...you contain it with Limbo? Well that is... wait... LIMBO??? THAT LIMBO??? I WANT TO STUDY HIM!!!"

Ag'ni Shn by Arunafeltz:

"A Grineer Scorch? Hmmm, literally a copy of the other ones. Except the Pacifism defect. Well that's more of biology here, biology isn't quite that beautiful thing. Well that's one robust and fine leg, though! Wonder how that could be improved. ...also maybe I could tell him to purge anything Infested that Tenno might bring onboard?"

Takar Lathra by -AoN-CanoLathra-:

"Hmmm. A databank from the Oroking Era. Interesting. Maybe we could swap some data? Let me get my neurology interfaces!!"

Insali by Psychotoxin:

"...that... person. Uh. Better instruct him well. And not to give him anything too hard to do."

Naradin Korslin by Razor9045:

"Seems pretty chatty fellow... and knows quite a lot. Wonder if I could have some talk about the chemistry side, as an adequaite addition to my knowledge. Hmmm... that armor model doesn't seem too common. Mind if I take a look?"

Dov by ShimpOverlord:

"Another Symbiote Tenno? Oh well. Seems sharper than the previous one though. Maybe I can use this one as a translator."

Marie Langley by Agent Maine:

"...hmmmm... order follower. Predictable, supposedly. At least outside the field. ...I will care her equipment, too."

Andrea Phin by Denny2669:

"Uuuugh, again those bumpy teens. I don't like them. Hmmm, her ship also has a Cephalon? I'd rather talk to them. Cephalons don't have those stupid teen hormones."

The Imago by ImagoX:

"Oh goodness. Yet another emotional kid. How many are we going to have? Aagh! I like those calmer ones better. ...KEEP THAT INFESTED MONSTER OUT OF MY WORKSHOP!!"

Morgan by Drakeardian:

"Phew, thankfully this is a calmer kid. Seems capable of co-operation. Oh, another Cephalon. Hi."

J'Kotal Miinek by InfiniumV:

"Another grineer. Hmmm. Chatty one again. Co-operation possible. Nox suit? Kinda seen those being pretty much suicide bombers, but this is altered... interesting. ...GOSPEL? That's... wow. Let me take a look!"

Name: Zachary Newman

Alias(es): Zachary, Zach, Volt, Volt-Edge

Species: Symbiote Tenno/Human

Gender: Male

Apparent Age: From facial appearance, early 20's at most.

Mental Age: Ranges from 30's to 5 years old

Biological Age: 21

Personality:

Spoiler

His personality can range from serious and mature, downright childish, and at times, even psychotic.  Most of the time, he doesn't take anything seriously, due to an issue with the tenno transformation process that affected his mental state, allowing him to see things most people can't, like things beyond the 4th wall.  (Yes, folks.  He's my ripoff of Deadpool. 😜 )

Appearance:

Spoiler

With his helmet folded over his face, he looks like this  (The tube-like things on his arms are semi-organic hydraulics, almost exactly identical to the Nanosuit from Crysis):

TO2hJSb.jpg?2cItMUsK.jpg?1

With it off, he looks more like this:

Hayden-Christensen-Photos.jpg&f=1

The helmet works exactly like Hayden Tenno from Dark Sector: tumblr_opkvlbz7Qz1v4u49oo1_400.gif&f=1

Brief History:

Spoiler

"My history, eh?  Well, I'm glad you asked!  Let's see... well, I used to be an assassin for hire before I became a part of this lil team.  I always enjoyed the thrill of blazing guns, loppin' heads, and sneaking behind enemy lines to steal intel or knocking off people someone didn't want around, and I STILL do to this day!  Oooh, it gives me goosebumps just thinking about it..."

*Rubs hands*

"What's that?  Oh yeah, my backstory.  Right, gotcha.  So anywho, I was takin' a little break from it all at the beach [Dog Days Event], when I got a notification in my inbox from some unknown user.  I was a tad bit annoyed, but I didn't mind too much, after all, I thought maybe it was another hit list!  Gosh, I love those..."

*Pauses*

"Hmm?  Oh, right, sorry.  I always tend to go off on a tangent, for some reason.  Anywhosie... So I was looking in my inbox when I got the message, and boy was I excited!  I usually like working alone, but I ALWAYS love the chance to meet new friends!  And boy, I was NOT disappointed.  I met TONS of buddies, old and new!  And the best part, we were all here for one purpose: To take on ole Space Granny, and save the frickin' universe.  Both of which I've ALWAYS wanted to do.  *Whispers*  "Just between you and me, I never liked her, anyway."

"So, that's pretty much it for my backstory.  Hope I can be of use to your little RP.  OH!  Almost forgot, I brought these..."  *Shows you a handful of 20 sided and 6 sided dice*  "Never know when you might need 'em."  *Wink*

Equipment:

Spoiler

Twin Prisma Gremlins, Twin Krohkur, and a primary weapon varying from his trusty Rubico Prime, his Baza, his Arca Plasmor which he affectionately colored similar to the BFG-9000 from DOOM, and a toxic-gas-emitting Ignis Wraith he colored similar to the Fart Gun from Despicable Me.  (He loves using it once and a while for the giggles)

His suit is an Ash Prime, with built-in cloaking technology, targeting systems, and special throwable energy shuriken he uses to penetrate enemy armor.  The suit also comes equipped with a jetpack, and stabilizing thrusters on his shoulders and legs, allowing him to fly, and giving him enhanced speed while running.

Though it's not shown in the images, he also has an X shaped belt lined with pockets, allowing him to carry ammo, energy and health resupply devices, and some miscellaneous things, like the dice mentioned in the earlier section.

Skills and Abilities:

Spoiler

Zachary, preferably known as Volt-Edge, is an extremely skilled assassin.  Using his combination of long-range combat with his sniper rifle, his skills with dual-wielding pistols and swords, and his cloaking technology, Volt-Edge is a force to be reckoned with.  Using a special tenno-built device built into his suit allowing him to make temporary duplications of himself, he uses these energy clones to do his dirty work when he's overwhelmed in any situation, and they carry out his blood-shedding deeds with lethal precision and speed. [And at times he uses them for other things. 😉]  And using his flight system he can zoom around wherever he pleases, whether by air, land, or even water.

Hope you like my character sheet!  Ole Volty will be more than happy to tag along with y'all and crack some jokes along the way. 😂

The more I read this, the more I see a TF2 Pyro.

Minus the psychopathic killing instinct and disconnect from reality I guess? Both would still give you lollipops, though they'd have different ideas of what actually qualifies as a lollipop.

There's 3 Ignis users now. Would probably get messy if they end up in the same mission. Not that it's a bad thing =)

What the Grineer/Corpus would see if all the Ignis users were in the same mission:

WELL. That was... long. Long, but good. With that, I think that's everybody, unless Vod actually finishes his sheet at some point.

Approved.

Hey man, I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to decline for two reasons. One, the recruitment was/is already over, with Infinium being the person I mentioned as still in progress, and two, because the equipment listed there hasn't either been run by me or originate from Warframe. However, recruitment will be open again at some point, and I can give you some feedback so you can reapply then if you'd like!

Insali doesn't have a primary yet. Might well end up with him picking up an Ignis lol

Cephalon Palutu: INITIATE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. CLOSE FIRE DOORS. BROADCAST EVACUATION PROTOCOL IN PROXIMITY OF THE MAINTENANCE WING.

That Cephalon just wants to keep her workshop in order. Wildfire isn't orderly.

Male

Mid 30

Mental Age:

in between 30 and 40

Biological Age:

a ton, don't ask how much, just a ton.

Personality:

Spoiler

A life given to the stage and the audience is the only one the Tenno known as Donovan has ever known, and when your entire life becomes said stage, we'll... You are bound to change with it.
He's a strange, flamboyant and manipulative Tenno whose only objective is to "make a good show" out of his current situation, this often reflects in him attempting to manipulate both his enemy and his allies, no one being ever sure as to what party is he trying to help or undermine.
Never completely honest, The Prince will live and die to please his very own, twisted invisible audience, whenever real or not.

Appearance:

Spoiler

Under his red pirate uniform and completely obscuring helmet lies a heavily twisted body, every piece of visible meat has been subtitued by the same organic material present within the orokin towers walls mixed with infested tissue, said meat has also been mutilated and pierced by various machinery, his face in particular has been covered by a featureless mask made of the same organic material, this makes his entire body look like some twisted statue more than a true human being.

Brief History:

Spoiler

Donovan is a pirate and master of ceremonies of Captain's Blud Von Fangas crew, his career started when his cryopod was found by said crew of pirates within the icy planet of Europa, but as luck would have, the Tenno couldn't remember his past life, only snippets of it regarding some kind of large theater, thus, the pirates decided they could have used another member and invited him into the ship.
Time passes, and not much has happened, life moved on, he never learned of the Tenno Code or  contacted by the Lotus, his only allegiance being to the ship and it's crew, but when he received an invitation from the Children of the Flower, something in him snapped, and after receiving the benediction of his captain, went to that particular hangar on that faithful day.
