BK103 Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 Hi, i'm a 5 year player of warframe and english is not my primary language so please forgive me if i said smt wrong, today i want to share about the issues i been have for long ago and even till now ... it's about the Hema in the infested lab. and the problem is the amount of the mutagen sample of it are too high or the drop rate of it are too low, and for that it would take forever to finish research , for example im running my clan . it's a place where i recently recruit people in and help them in game , in result most of them are new player so i have spent time to help them alot , that i have no time to farm for mutagen sample , even if i have then it only drop for 50-70 per hour of staying there [with booster and kavat buff as well] , it's been 3 year since me and my admin start to research it and now we are only 1/3 way , most of the member are new player so i couldn't tell or made them to grin for it cause im scare they will get bore from it . so please if people in DE can hear me out i have 2 solution , frist is to decrease the amount of sample that Hema need to complete research , 2nd is to increase the drop rate of the sample from mission, it's not like we are using them much but it's a pain to farm for them , please some how fix this issue so i can spent more time to help newplayer to enjoy the game. Long story short, they're not changing it. Just farm some plats and buy it, level it up to 30, then throw it away for the weapon slot. It's not a very good weapon - certainly not worth 5,000 Mutagen Samples. I just farmed it anyway because I'm a stubborn idiot with too much time on my hand. Consider that for a moment. A weapon that does Corrosion AND viral and is still garbage compared to the synapse or tysis. Pass. "We want to respect the grind" yea, only when it's convenient for them. We know it's BS, they know it's BS, and it will forever be a stain on their reputation. As long as it's for yourself and not in expectation that DE will change it. That ship has long sailed. (PSN)robotwars7 Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 you can always farm it passively: I'm sure you'll eventually end up with 5000 Samples again, especially if you decide to farm them with a booster active. it's not a bad gun IMO, but DE definitely made a mistake with the requirements for it. thankfully it's not something they've repeated. I'd say farm Orokin Cells from Derelicts rather than Octavia. You'll have hundreds of Octavia Neuroptics by the time you have 5000 Mutagen Samples.
