  1. I think a cap like that is going to do the complete opposite of what they want and have people see it as a grind target thus putting more people on it not less for the wrong reason. I didn't mind previous operations and Plague stars since there was no cap so I was able to get what I wanted early on without having to worry. If it is an extremely high cap like Kuva Steel Essence cap sure since most people aren't going to reach it but not if its 20 arcanes per day or something that severely handicaps players on top of the limited time event. Currently suffering through the Cavia standing cap for melee arcane adapters for getting my melee builds to end-game complete status right now. The concept of a standing cap is fine but not when you have to grind for it everyday and be told to stop and come back tomorrow. If it instead rewards a resource to turn in for a cap everyday like Little Duck or Entrati I think that is fine. I think there is a chance it may still be fine depending on how its implemented such as it having a super high cap that a reasonable player playing 8 hrs a day won't be able to hit or something that evens out the playing field for both high grinders and everyday players like a resource turn-in cap limit. Hopefully it is reasonably communicated beforehand since there have been some attempts at this in Warframe that have gone bad.
  2. No, I'd say rework all of the point and click abilities. Not just the most prominent one. You can't just ask for a Shuriken rework without also addressing that Shock, Smite and a couple of others do the same thing at base and need their augment to function to a reasonable level. It is a very large group. RE: Helminth, considering that most of them are in helminth they could use that as part of the basis but it shouldn't be the reason it gets or doesn't get a rework.
  3. Get in line, there are loads of Vaulted Warframes that needs to be unprimed. Most people want Ember for Glaive Prime. They have announcements for this type of stuff so if you are staying on top of that then you should be good. Not sure what the cycle is like for Vaulted Warframes but you could look into trading to get it. There are things you can grind for in exchange for trading for it.
  4. Little bit wordy for me to understand. But I think I got most of it. Yes, the color palettes are purchasable with platinum which can be obtained with real-world money or through trading. You can find the ones you want the most by using the market preview function there is no secret function that you haven't discovered, it even tells you if its part of a bundle. Other than maybe the ones that given out for free or Baro's which are hidden until you obtain them. I don't think you'll be getting a wide assortment of colors with just one palette. Just buy two palettes, if you know how trading works the plat of a second one shouldn't be breaking the bank compared to the first one. Iirc I even purchased a bundle of them to get what I wanted. And quite frankly, the way it works is miles better than most games and you are attempting to tout a specific criteria that Warframe just so happens to fall under rather than being one of its design goals.
  5. Deep archmedia is a great place to level up gear though given the increased enemy level? That is one reason why someone might want to bring an gear item that can be leveled and still not use it over other mastered weapons. And, they need to make it not have unowned gear or still able to receive the bonus even if you don't have anything selected for the slot if you want to limit people even further. Since as it stands forcing people to craft something just to meet all the requirements isn't a solution especially if you add forcing them to rank it up to 30 within a weeks' time. And given the comments by DE about this behavior it seems like they have no intent on changing it.
  6. Quassus, and by extent Arum Spinosa which I haven't built up yet. It is a menace with throwing out empowered daggers every 5 hits or so without losing combo count. It will be interesting to see what the reception to Quassus prime will be and if people will discover tennokai Quassus Prime builds. Might need to invest a lot into it though as I have sacrificial steel with an umbra forma on my Quassus right now. Praedos Incarnon is another good one even if it just to proc incarnon. Seems like other Tonfas could be a good recipient of a tennokai due to the wind-up stat and having a similar enough heavy attaack to light attack but are already good enough that I haven't had time to dive into it yet. Hammers and Corufell seems like they could be great with their high heavy attack bonus but suffer in the wind-up department which makes them clunky. The wind-up on the Quassus is godly in comparison. Gunblades such as the Redeemer and Stropha could work but trying to build them up as a hybrid three-in-one build just strains it too much.
  7. Yep, that was what I expecting for the next kuva weapon. There are loads of options to pick from that are not fan favorites. Tenet weapons, we already have a neat melee batch though so we don't need a new tenet melee though.
  8. I don't play Circut anymore and I do think that Alchemy should not be added to the circut for a couple of reasons. Finished it after getting the tennokais quickly while extraction was somehow not fixed for a whole 2 months and begging them to fix it. It is tedious, throwing amphors is a novelty at best and quickly turns into tedium. Squad scaling, why is this here? And why is it so harsh? Void Flood has it but it a minor step up but Alchemy takes it up to a degree of absurdity. Please remove it or make it not as noticeable. The worst part is that spawns are still fixed, for steel path which is what 90% of people playing circut are doing, regardless of squad size on top of the squad scaling therefore double-punishing you because of squad scaling since you could still throw Amphors at the same rate even if you don't have 3 extra people. Dividing up tasks in such a way that Alchemy does will always mean that certain squad members will not be pulling their weight even if everyone supposedly does something for the gamemode. Mobile Defense, this task still has a mobile defense element to it why?
  9. Aren't arcanes supposed to be universal? I don't see how you can make it exalted-only compatible, that is reserved for other stuff like augments or archon effects imo. I would not want to see a trend with that, although I think the channeled ability arcanes kinda overstepped that though imo. One idea I thought of is that they can create an arcane that heavily incentivizes it such as channeled abilities have no energy cost after melee kill? But like, we have gotten tons of stuff for exalted weapons, even if not directly told so, and people just choose to ignore them? Like, there are numerous ways of dealing with energy drain yet you are still complaining its an issue? Another thing is that I think they are also wanting to remove pusedo-exalteds so maybe they'll use that to add some more power to exalted weapons? And I don't know what you mean by a weapon being barred by its crit power. I have beefed them up to make that not a problem. Are you saying that a single additional way of getting crit chance would make them all be good?
  10. All of the DE streams also land during the work-day for West Coast NA. It isn't just EU/Aussies that are missing out. Umbra forma every 2 months is not true, forgetting about NW umbra forma and other occasional stuff. There are multiple ways of being endgame complete without Umbra forma being one of the main barriers. You don't need Umbra Forma all that much outside of a couple of super niche scenarios that goes beyond being end-game complete like tennokai sacrificial steel builds.
  11. Yeah, I was getting excited in the devstream after seeing a space vehicle hoping that it would be the introduction of more archwing content and cohesion but instead nope just another landing craft cosmetic.
  12. What needs to happen is to make scattered justice work with Kuva Hek. Not make it the standard.
  13. Oh there is a regular Opticor in addition to Opticor Vandal. Forgot about that. I'd say point still stands though with you only being able to obtain 1 Opticor Vandal with the regular Opticor being in that not so good area. But Vandal is Corpus tech, which tenent is also, so having two variants of the same faction tech may be a reason why it is on the less likely side.
  14. Are you talking about on the forums? Apparently it is "intended" as in they have no plans of fixing it/making it more lenient despite having the remember me checked.
  15. Sounds cool! Tenet Opticor sounds like a good guess considering we can only get one Opticor. So this opens up the option to use rivens and alternative builds. Kuva, I'm predicting a melee weapon. There is too many to pick beyond that from to have a good idea of which one are on the more likely side.
  16. Don't know if its fixed but Total Eclipse on mirage has a strange interaction with her dopplegangers and their weapons. Not sure if its lighting related like this or what but it stands out like a sore thumb when triggered. First portion of the second paragraph of this bug report details it. Okay, not sure what was fixed with that but what about the Excavator and its collision issues? That is a bigger collision issue so its a shame to see this listed and not the excavator. Seriously, What will it take to get the excavator collision hitbox fixed? The top of it has wall-ride psychics yet you clip into the excavator when standing/walking through it. Been trying to report this for years now. It is messed up, I don't care if it is considered "intended" and that is why I am being ignored whenever I bring this issue up, I will still continue to report it. It is clipping 101, it should be fixed for how obvious it is from doing basic testing.
  17. I don't think it is about monetization. I think it is the fact that the system worked well with Duviri (minus the whole "secret" algorithm that they only partially shared) and then just ham-fisted it into the next piece of relevant content. I'd say the problem is that the more of that they want us to use different stuff, with 10 different systems, it all loops back around to having best ways of completing it since you have forced so many restrictions on us that only one way nullifies most of the challenges. I think having a different loadout system than what is used for Duviri is a good starting point. There are a couple of systems that I think could work out better than what is used while still retaining the concept behind using different gear.
  18. I'd add less than stellar acquisition. Qorvex is still a little newer but at least it it upfront with how to build him, Dagath is sort of tucked away with you needing to search him out.
  19. There is a grace period that Warframe uses to save changes made to the Arsenal and if you interrupt the process during that period it will not save the changes. If you do a bunch of editing that period takes longer. I've been screwed over by that before. This isn't exclusive to WF, had it happen to me in other games before.
  20. There are some threads about people pleased the DA difficultly and stuff it has to offer. You might be more suited for those types of threads instead of ones complaining about the loadout randomizer and other stuff that you disagree with. I'm not playing it because I know I can do it and don't want to risk getting a mission fail but rather because it would be very tedious if 5x Netracells wasn't already. I am still following discussions to see what sort of tweaks DE can glean from it, both on the positive side and negative side.
  21. I'd say its relevant enough with the main thing being tied to standing, there are ways of using that as an incentive. At the earlier MR ranks it becomes a real struggle. In the later MRs the target becomes get to MR30.
  22. I'd say the Kuva Bramma, and by extension other big hitters like Kuva Ogris, ammo nerf was fine. The problem was dumpstering everything else along with it since monkey see large explosion monkey nerf large explosion. Battery weapons was never an issue (other than maybe Pax Charge x Sporelacer which didn't get hit). Akarius also got hit way too harshly just because it was AOE when it was status-based so it actually needed help since Shot can't work it. Etc. There are other weapons that also got hit too harshly. Wukong also got Triple-Nerfed despite it being the best frame that was in the prime offerings list which explained why its usage was so high. It would have been miles better to do the nerfs in stages starting with the strong hitters and then moving down the list rather than trying to make the Kuva Bramma and something like Akarius or Bubonico receive the same nerf.
  23. I'd say Varazin is the next focus school to work on, invuln, instant revives (great for cheater of death). Great for Hildryn and Lavos. Farming, I'd say Cavia bounties is a great place to get the lens you need and then Ostron bounties if you want to upgrade to lua lens. After Varazin, Maduri would be next for Eidolons or last grasp quick reviving. Might be worth it to level those perks up over Varizin if you are finding yourself dead too often and want a more passive focus school to work with but Zenurik takes the cake over Maduri in that department. Naramon, might as well talk about it then. Other than its melee combo imo it isn't all that great. Unanri, I have PSF and deal enough damage that I've never looked once at the armor strip. You have other ways of getting the benefits that this focus school would've provided. It just seems way too cumbersome when working with this focus school and trying to maximize it.
  24. Iirc you can still summon ancient healer specters if you are looking for some fun stuff. It's a shame that the pool isn't all that big to be able to summon fun stuff.
  25. Radiated Reload, Atomic Fallout, Primed mods, There is plenty of support for status-based builds. Sure the amount of weapons that can successfully utilize it is on the smaller end but it is still very doable with updated content offerings.
