  1. I'm still waiting for Pluto to be changed to reflect the New Horizons findings
  2. I had a friend send me an image of themselves finding one during the day. So while I can't confirm it personally, I am aware of it.
  3. I want to report this as a bug but it might just be me having bad luck. Every time I've tried to do a Public Sortie on the Plains of Eidolon, I never seem to match up with a squad, so I play it as a Host and nobody joins. I'm suspecting that the Matchmaking for Plains of Eidolon Sorties might be broken but I'd rather ask if others have been experiencing this too, or if others have been able to find Squads for this.
  4. Even with Mind Sprint fully upgraded and waybounded, it still feels awful. I get you're supposed to charge it, but it's faster to just spam shorter slings. Also, the name is literally SLING yet when I transfer to my Warframe I lose all momentum? Void Sling could be useful if you were able to use it to throw yourself with your Warframe but with the interia dampener on transference it makes void sling feel worse.
  5. Huh, I never really thought of it. But yeah TF2 has the option for weapons to fire for as long as you hold the trigger. In most instances it's disadvantageous but yeah, you can hold down LMB and continue to fire your shotgun at the expected intervals. I'm getting off-topic, but the reason I say it's disadvantageous is because Hitscan weapons in tf2 have this funny quirk where after not firing for a set amount of time, the next shot will have 100% accuracy. Due to damage falloff this isn't massively gameplay changing, but you can use this to "snipe" across the entire map with a Minigun if you tap your shots. And I feel the downsides are most obvious with Spy, since with Gunspy there's a lot more noticable recoil between shots if you don't pace them by a second or so. Allowing you to constantly use that perfect shot effect.
  6. My only wish would be to make Tennokai an innate part of Melee weapons then just have mods that give it additional effects. I'm not a huge lover of Melee weapons in Warframe, but Tennokai finally made Melee satisfying to use.
  7. So, I'm going to give context so you understand my thought process behind this. I was in the Sortie Defense mission, I was a Caliban, and my squad was a Nova, Banshee and Octavia. Someone in my Squad deployed a Dante specter and I thought it was cool that another player had found out about them too, so I deployed my own Dante specters because "why not? double Dante power." Mission went normally, but I noticed an oddity. Dante Specters Overguard caps out at 15k. But I noticed in this mission that the Overguard was instead capping at 19.5k. It confused and interested me that I assumed either it must be some feature DE added for when multiple Dantes are present in a squad, or it was some weird Scaling quirk. Finished the mission and mentioned it in my Clan chat. Since I hadn't started a new mission I could see the Mission results and was able to verify to my other clan members that there wasn't any other frame in our Squad that could generate Overguard. Until someone mentioned "Was anyone running Power Donation" and after a quick check, I saw that the Nova had in fact been using Power Donation. So, Specters can benefit from Power Donation, huh? That's neat. But I began thinking of "How can I use that?" Well, Nidus Specters apply Parasitic Link to their summoner as frequently as possible, providing a 28% Power Strength Buff, and unlike other methods. This is Multiplicative, rather than Additive. You might be starting to understand why this is notable. In theory, assuming Power Donation works in Solo play, you might be able to negate the negative effects of Power Donation on yourself, and gain equal, or even higher Power Strength through using a Nidus Specter. If Coaction Drift also works, this would further amplify that power. Of course, this requires you to have a high amount of Power Strength to really benefit from, but I'm curious if with enough Power Strength, you could overcome the Power Strength gained from running Growing Power + with Coaction Drift. Since Tenno Specters take 8 hours to craft I can't test this instantly, but I thought it could be an interesting idea to test out and see how it plays in-game.
  8. All I can think of is Alice from Touhou. Yes, I know that's a girl but still.
  9. True, but the regular Ferrox lacks that feature, so it felt wild when I realised the Tenet had that feature.
  10. Something I found was that the Tenet Ferrox is a Semi-Auto weapon, but doesn't require additional inputs to fire continuously. After every shot a new shot is charged and it feels really satisfying. I wish all weapons had this. Terraria did it as part of a huge Quality of Life update and everyone recieved it positively.
  11. Now I'm thinking of how to change it. Trauma Clamp Arrow: Fire an Arrow that mimics the effect of the Trauma Clamps found in Duviri "An arrow fashioned from the emotional turmoil of Duviri. Trauma often has a way of pulling people back. Those who survive will assume their recent memory was just a Nightmare." I know I'm kinda stretching things, Ivara doesn't even relate to Duviri but it's hard to come up with an idea for something that both, groups enemies together and makes them have amnesia. I tried experimenting with the idea of a Net Arrow that has some sort of paralytic or amnesiac properties but, even my suspension of disbelief was being pushed with that.
  12. I'm not sure how, but I'd really love for Ivara's Navigator to account for Multishot. I've been of the opinion that Glaive's should have their own form of Navigator to be even closer to the original Dark Sector game, but if Ivara was able to account for Multishot, then it wouldn't invalidate her own.
  13. I would've got rid of Condemn personally. But that's just me. I don't think I've subsumed anything onto Harrow yet, but I might throw Voruna's subsume onto Harrow for the memes. Double Energy gaining abilities
  14. So, due to the synergy between Mallet and Resonator, most enemies die before you even notice this, if you're not killing them yourself. I wanted to subsume something onto my Ivara to help her provide CC in the Undercroft Solo and decided Resonator was the best choice. Since Mallet is out of the equation I finally got to see how Resonator by itself behaves and it turns out...Enemies form a literal Conga Line. Looking at both the enemies in game, and on the minimap you can see how they've fully organized themselves into a line, bending around that pillar in the background. The best part is, the enemies will stop walking when the line has stopped, and move when the person infront of them has moved. And somehow...I've never known this existed, but I'm glad I just learnt it today.
  15. I'm talking about the Undercroft TILE that can spawn. The athletic race track. I'm not sure if it has an exact name. It appears in the Zariman too.
  16. This was in Solo, while I was Xaku. I'll correct the OP with that.
  17. So I noticed one time when playing in the Undercroft with Xaku, due to him requiring a lot of range his 4 turns into an Object damage nuke which may have factored into it. An Owl spawned on the race track static, then would move around the track when you went into contact with it, making these shockwave rings behind it. Is this some sort of puzzle or is it just an easter egg? Because I couldn't figure it out. EDIT: This is in Solo
  18. You're probably aware DE made some nerfs to how much food the Helminth will need for certain resources, as they used to cost a large amount. This was honestly a pretty good change, but whenever I look at the resource costs of Helminth food that were added after this, they seem to be just as expensive, if not worse than beforehand. Maw Fang = 10 (to be honest this one is one of the few reasonable ones but I thought it was worth noting) Nacreous Pebble = 80 Ariette Scale = 250 (All obtained from Maw Fishing) Kullervo's Bane = 20 (Obtained from completing the Primary Duviri bounty having defeated Kullervo on his island, can also be fought after completing it) Enigma Gyrum = 7 (Obtained from completing the Owl puzzles on Duviri) Belric and Rania Crystals = 250 per type (Obtained from Mars Mirror Defence) Lua Thrax Plasm = 20 (Obtained from Thrax units on Lua Conjunction Survival) Hemocyte Cysolith = 35 (Obtained from the Plague Star's Hemocyte boss) Omega Isotope = 30 (Obtained from Planets that a Fomorian is active over) Cryptographic Alu = 30 (Obtained from Archwing missions when a Razorback is active) Rune Marrow = 75 (Various obtainment methods in the Undercroft) Antiserum Injector Fragment = 900 (Obtained from Infested Salvage on Eris) Diluted Thermia = 5 (Obtained from Buried Debts) Orokin Cipher = 5 (Obtained from Derelict Vaults) Somatic Fibers = 10 (Obtained from Lua Disruption targets) Ticor Plate = 5000 (Obtained from Railjack missions) Vainthorn = 40 (Obtained from completing Dagath Syndicate missions) Not all of these are new resources, but these are all the resources I took a look at and and thought "These really aren't worth feeding to the Helminth for." Most notably, resources that can also be used as a Secondary function to purchase Warframes (Voruna, Citrine, Dagath, etc) seem to be the most expensive. The way I've been looking at this is, "hypothetically, if I was low on resources and wanted to farm something to feed to my Helminth, which resources are the best in terms of ease of farming and how much will be consumed at a time?" To which I honestly think it's a tie between Belric/Rania Crystals and Vainthorn. I consider Vainthorn as the worst since you are required to spend Syndicate standing for a one-time use key for a small handful of them.
  19. Oh man, 20 Holokeys is a huge gift (not that I'm complaining) Though wasn't the Golden Hand Decoration unobtainable? At least I can't remember how it was obtained.
  20. I thought you were aware of people doing it but weren't aware it was against the rules.
  21. I'm not sure exactly how it's handled, but games can make it so watching ANY stream that is playing Warframe can give you the drops. I'm not sure if it can be done for streams after they've ended though.
  22. Digital Extremes is based in Canada, and so their stream schedule is based on the NA timezone, which just so happens to be shared with Canada due to being at the same latitude. This isn't favoring one country or another, this is simply how the world works. DE isn't discriminating against EU timezones any more than it is discriminating against Oceanic or Asia timezones. Maybe an argument can be made that it should be Directory Wide for 24h but there's not really anything DE can do about timezones.
  23. I mentioned this in my clan chat, that Parvos seems like a genuinely good person but people mentioned how it could all just be a ploy by Parvos. Game Theory and all that, win peoples trust by being nice and reasonable. I'm hoping that Parvos will end up being a character to bring about positive change for the system but truth be told, I imagine honesty alone didn't turn him into a messiah for the Corpus. For all we know, Parvos may have lured Drusus into a contract by worming his way into his heart and from an outsiders perspective, Drusus looks like he's overreacting, but he might have credible cause to feel cheated or worse.
