Concerns About Tenet Weapons Offered From Ergo Glast

So the Tenet weapons offered from Ergo Glast will have an innate elemental bonus like Lich/Sisters weapons. In the Arsenal Divide workshop video, Rebecca has a Tenet Agendus with a ~39% Heat bonus.

So with the rotation of weapons being weekly, how are we supposed to get a weapon with a bonus damage type we want, let alone getting a 60% bonus?
If we can buy multiples of the weekly weapon that solves the issue of getting a 60% bonus, but doesn't solve getting a bonus that you want.

Best Guess. They will come with random elements each week and you wait until an element you want on the weapon you want shows up in rotation.

Bet they will have a chance to infuse aswell.

They can be fused. but if you want a specific element you have to wait. bonus and % changes weekly

He sells 4 Tenet melees that are not in the Sister system.

There is one question I've been thinking about regarding these weapons; When he has a new rotation of the 4 weapons (With whichever element & % they have), are the elements / bonus % the same for everyone, or is it all rolled randomly per player who visits him in a given week?

 

Not that I thought of trading the weapons, but the thought crossed my mind a few times lately.

FYI, the weapon selection rotates every 4 days, not every week.  So check back more often to see different rolls!
