Let alone a map with a Battle Royale style 100 player death match. Might I also remind you that conclave/Warframe PvP sucks and that the vast majority of us Warframe players hate it? Carnage2K4 Posted December 11, 2017 Share Posted December 11, 2017 (edited) What about a survival type open plains game where 8-16 of you fight increasing levels of mobs and mob number, with specialist units that spawn to specifically target your frame choice, like a mini boss that can attack into the void and kill Limbos, or 1 that can "wololo" Nekros Shadows and turn them against him even giving returning damage back via shield of shadows, or make energy orbs explode... Give Mesa crappy aim, give Saryn radiation PROCs on Spores etc..the idea would be the mini-bosses are normal kills for the frames they are not designed for but really hard for the frames they are designed for, promoting teamwork to knock out the offending units before they can take out your friends. I just heard about this the other day! I'd actually be all for players being able to hop into Stalker's shoes (or even other assassins). They can still control for griefing and such since they control the bag of tricks, and I could see both sides being pretty entertaining. Unus Posted December 11, 2017 Share Posted December 11, 2017 I think, at this point in time, with the sheer absolutely annoying amount of saturation the concept has throughout the industry, I feel that the best you could hope for would be an 8 on 8 team battle or conclave free-for-all based just outside the Cetus barriers. They may add or refine it over time, but PVE is where warframe shines, it's 96% of warframes content and fun. Such as adding open world environments and new gameplay mechanics.
