-Fire rate mods now have a x2 effect on bows. Bows with a 0 magazine size (like the Paris Prime) still have a rate of fire based on the reload time, thus this change won't affect their fire rate, unlike the arsenal. However, the charge time is affected.
-Updated the weapons Paris Prime, Attica, Cernos, Dread, MK1-paris, Paris, Daikyu.
-Updated the Arcane helmets Chorus Banshee, Flux Nova, Storm Volt, Gambit Vauban, Scorpion Ash, Menticide Nyx.

-You can now see the kubrow damage, critical chance/value and status chance in the details window. It is affected by mods.

-Fixed the Hek again, slash and impact values were inverted.
-Now you can change a polarity without the need of removing the mod equipped.

-Added the new utility slot for the Warframes. It can be polarized, the polarity cannot be swapped, and it only accept the utility mods. The old builds should be compatible. This will need some testing to see if everything (save, edit, load old builds, etc) works as expected.
-The existing mods that are now utility mods have been set to utility mods.
-Added all the new weapons.
-Updated all the Prime Warframes' stats.
-Updated the Supra's stats.
-Updated all the shotguns' stats.
-Fixed the formula for the status to reflect the arsenal.
-Fixed damage not displayed for Ash's Blade Storm when Steel Charge was not equipped.
-Fixed energy cost per second not displayed for Oberon's Renewal.
