  1. For me it's always been Volt as #1. I loved his design and his kit since the first day. That said, he needs the Arrester Helmet because his default is super ugly and I'm still waiting for some amazing deluxe skin since the ones he has are unfortunately quite hideous. #2 is Nyx. She activates the monkey neurons in my brain for some reason and I also enjoy her kit but damn she needs a rework. Nearly all of her skins are amazing, the main exception is the Nemesis. #3 is Revenant for the cases where I just want to focus on my weapons and don't feel like using abilities. His deluxe is also pretty pleasant to the eye. #4 is contested between Styanax, Chroma, and Dante. They have great support abilities, especially Styanax, and are fun to use but they're too spammy with their abilities so I get tired of doing that after a few missions. Chroma's new augment helps though since that's one less ability duration to worry about.
  2. There's a lot of frames that need some love, like Trinity and Oberon, but they don't need full reworks imo. Some numerical adjustments, like increased base ability duration for Trinity, would be enough. CC frames like Limbo need some mechanical adjustments to make them more viable outside of niche scenarios. They need a way to affect enemies with Overguard and other CC immune enemies in some way, even if limited. The frames that come to mind when full reworks are mentioned are Nyx and Chroma. They work even as they are but I feel they are not thematically correct and some of their abilities need deeper adjustments. And then there's Caliban...
  3. Thank you both for the explanation. I admit I knew about the Heirlooms but assumed they eventually made further adjustments, ideally the skin only bundle. I'm disappointed they didn't because the negative feedback back then was MASSIVE. As for Duviri, the whole roguelite mode is a stupid idea. Someone in DE played Hades and immediately had to recreate that only to abandon it shortly afterwards. They always do this and it's why the game is such a mess. I'm glad they removed Duviri from new player experience. It never made any sense to me since Duviri is a separated content island which then kicks the new player into the Star Chart which has to feel like a completely different game. Like above, DE probably wanted to test something for Soulframe but instead of doing a open beta or something they had to stuff it down our throats and now we have to deal with it. Whatever bad things I can say about EDA, to return to the topic, at least it's not a content island and it does challenge my arsenal's flexibility. That said, the last three EDA's seemed perhaps too tailored to factor Frost because in all three weeks we had to actually protect something that's easily destroyable and inconveniently immune to ability buffs (this is still the absolutely stupidest decision DE ever did) so Frost is the only solution I could come up with.
  4. Apologies for sidetracking but what did DE change with regards to the Heirlooms and Duviri? I'm not aware of anything.
  5. I was worried about this as well but the game gave me Grendel so I just munched everything that came close to the Conduit. That said, the 50 kill requirement not working on a Necramech is stupid. All kills should count towards everything you own.
  6. This reminds of a certain devstream which showed exactly this feature. It would certainly be cool if DE upheld what they've shown back then.
  7. I'm saving this topic and will link it to the next market wanker that will pester me to get Cross Save. The idea behind it is great but DE fumbled it up.
  8. I happen to like Railjack as well, although I'm not a fan of how easy DE made it compared to its initial release. That aside, I dislike the severe RNG factor in obtaining the Corrupted Keys, how many you need, and that you are forced to wait possibly weeks for the right progenitor element on the weapon you want.
  9. Amen! Well sort of. I agree when it comes to Kuva and Sister Tenet weapons, with the first needing a better weapon selection and faster murmur collection, and the latter being ok. However, when it comes to Ergo's Tenet weapons, now that grind can f*** right off.
  10. I think Frost's Ice Wave sucks (but there's always Helminth) and that he needs a completely new passive. He's otherwise great.
  11. Not really. Don't get me wrong, the stats you proposed are good but it wouldn't make me use the weapon because it doesn't address it's QoL issues. I can make the Opticors we currently have work in lvl 200 SP content (haven't tried EDA yet) so stat wise they're not too bad, but they're annoying to use due to their trigger mechanic so I always return them back to the bench after one or two missions. This could be potentially addressed with the planned full auto trigger toggle feature DE mentioned in the recent devstream. Alternatively, there's a few other ways to change the way they work which I would like Tenet or Incarnon Opticor to do otherwise I see no point in using them. Give it the same trigger mechanic that Tenet Ferrox is using. That's probably the easiest solution. Personally, I would make the beam fire continuously once charged for as long as you hold the trigger and have ammo in the clip. Lastly, and this is probably the least desired solution, give it the ability to hold the charged shot instead of firing immediately.
  12. While I'm glad they added new weapons I wish they added more, especially Opticor, and revamped the way the weapons are selected. With the amount of Kuva weapons in the pool, getting the new one can take hours. Even if the amount is exaggerated it's still a lot of time wasted by unnecessary RNG.
  13. I'm glad you're looking into reworking the less used elements and their status effects as well as streamlining enemy HP types, but I'd like to ask you to respect your player's time and effort already invested into Warframe when plotting these changes. Resources aside, it takes tremendous amount of time to fully mod and prepare one's arsenal, especially for veteran players. Even with a mountain of Forma and quadra Affinity Booster having to redo all that because you change something is a monumental task and it's frankly insulting towards your player's time and effort investment. We've been here before. This already happened in the past and not just once, albeit sometimes only on a smaller scale. Every time you ignored us and didn't compensate us in any way. I'm quite sick of this treatment, so I'm writing this in hopes this won't happen again but also so I can have an excuse for my own conscience, so I can say "at least I tried instead of doing nothing".
  14. If players dislike a specific game mode they're free to ignore it. I dislike Kahl and didn't bother with his missions much. I also dislike Eidolons and did only the bare minimum of those. The way I understand the feedback received is that players want the rewards without playing the game mode and/or without putting in the time and effort to gain the said rewards, instead of providing valid feedback why the mode is bad. The most valid feedback I saw so far was that the EDA Assassination is seizure inducing even with low effects. As for myself, the rewards aren't worth the effort of finding a capable team for me and I don't trust randoms to not screw up EDA Mirror Defence. EDA was released too late for me. I have enough Shards and all the Arcanes I want. Still, I might occasionally run it for fun, which isn't something I can say about Netracells for example.
  15. Defeats Infested Lich with Nidus. *Nidus gained sentience* Nidus: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAENDMEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
  16. Tenet Opticor! I need Opticor that channels the power of Kamehameha, Mega Flare, and Atomic Breath into one massive beam of unalive you, the guys next to you, your family and pets across three generations in both directions, with punch through set to YES
  17. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I just want to say I appreciate being highlighted for most kills to lower the Netracell security once the mission is over. It's a great little addition that just made my day. I've ran a Netracell where my team was talking smack about me killing outside of the circle, insulting me even, but then I ended up with 140 kills (more than the rest of my team combined) with 120 of them being security lowering kills. It felt good to put them down with some evidence.
  18. While I agree we need a dedicated way to use augments, I don't believe a special mod slot is the way to go because we will eventually hit the maximum mod capacity wall even with all slots correctly polarised through Forma, even the Umbra one. That would limit the build potential and would generally be user unfriendly. Some weapons already struggle with this (namely non-Lich secondaries). To make matters worse, there are frames which need several augments, so only one slot wouldn't be enough (even though it would help) and the mod capacity issue would be even worse. A better solution would be to enable Helminth adding the augment effects to it's respective ability for some resource cost. You should also own the augment mod itself to avoid taking away it's value and to avoid making the Syndicates less important than they already are.
  19. I haven't checked tbh, too upset by the recent nerfs, but I read in patch notes it was fixed. I'm sorry to hear DE missed the mark.
  20. The rewards are not worth the annoyance brought by limiting my arsenal choice. If there was guaranteed (possibly Elite only) boosters, Legendary Core, Kuva (like A LOT of Kuva), then I MIGHT consider it but as it is now it's just worse Circuit.
  21. I'd give Overguard enemies status immunity but not CC immunity. As in, you can't trigger Slash or Radiation on them until you take away their Overguad but abilities like Chaos or Stomp can affect them. I believe the original sentiment was to make nuke resistant enemies, so this way they won't be affected by Thermal Sunder or Miasma but CC frames will be a viable way to fight them instead.
  22. I don't want to be refunded. I want the nerfs to be rolled back. It's not about money or resources, it's about fun. Dante was fun and giving me a refund won't return the fun I had with him back.
