  1. Ignore what events actually? that DE has both made changes based on feedback and also stayed firm on their original intent to retain LoS? are you sure its me that is ignoring things? You are probably wasting your time cause you probably don't have anything better to do. Or you are hoping someone will give you validation - i dont honestly know. Just tell me this , Does Dante still have LoS , the thing you were trying to get removed and are apparently patting your own back for changing?
  2. You are looking from a lens where you assume everyone has similar skills, they do not. Skills are very varied in any community , the players need to sometimes accept some game modes are beyond them until they acquire the pre requisites, Some pre requisites are skill based , some are gear (along with its investment) and some are experience, I have almost all gear in the game , i still failed a few times in the current EDA , i had to practice , change my mod loadouts , sacrifice some convenience for utility and change a play style i was used to putting in some more effort. Could i have finished it with some loadout? maybe? but there are so many combinations that may or may not work , i wont know until i try. Blaming it on the rules set by the Devs is pointless with that regard if you also arent willing to accept some inherent changes to the game and your own play style overall. As to the other point , Comparisons need to have a common baseline for reference, comparing gunplay between warframe and destiny ? could be something that can be done, Comparing gunplay between warframe and chess? pointless. And on your point of plat , You are free to look at it as a means for the Devs to make you invest more, and yes that i can agree with , they have done this partially so you actually spend some money on them (they are still a business and not a charity) , but all the gear is still available for free as well. It actually seems to me players complaining about it dont realize they have been having artificial difficulty since the moment RNG rewards were a thing.

Don't worry I understand :P but sometimes, I wasn't talking about youtubers but what you say isn't wrong , while there are a few decent ones , most (as you said ) are in it for the views and monetisation and will do whatever attracts attention the most. Sometimes making controversies and sometimes just being full of whatever rhetoric is in fashion. All arguments should be evaluated in their own merit and not merely cause they were said by a lot of angry people. It is, especially when you aren't short sighted nor have an extremely narrow viewport. Oh ? Is that what happened with the wukong rework ?
  4. Wow , talk about stroking egos. Sure , giving "strong " feedback does make DE pay closer attention to things and tweak some of their implementations , and that helps drive things a certain way , but do not be under the illusion that you made DE do something they didn't want to do. DE has and will continue to do whatever they feel like doing , (case in point , RNG loadouts and most of the asks about reverting the changes were just as loud but that is not happening) It's always better to be civil and logical in your approach than cry or whine about it.

I am confused cause I am talking about things being artificial (and how that concept is stupid to argue about in video games), you are talking about challenges being overcome with skill , (or experience , more accurately if practice is considered) which I agree with can be done. Skill and nothing else ,are you serious? Are we talking about the same game and reading the same comments? Any challenge that DE throws can be trivialised by choosing the right loadout. What most complaints I see is that players are either lacking skill to use the gear available to them even if it's fully invested or willingness to practice with gear that they are not accustomed too. Granted some gear actually is not suitable for whatever You also overestimate the capability of catalysts , forma and rivens , they will not be some cheat to make your loadout automatically good if you have never held a single target rifle in the game, that comes from practice of all the different gear and if it can be used with the rest of the weapons in some way to bring the best out of it. You brought up games that are very different from warframe. There is no point to compare games which needs actual skill to warframe where you can turn off your brain and finish most of the missions. It's a parallel topic , have you even thought why rng exists at such abundance in the game ? Again , no point in comparing to other activities that actually need skill and experience.

Your thoughts are all over the place, its hard to understand what you are actually saying (some things i can agree with and some i cannot), I think you are confusing the ability to use skill to compensate for higher level challenges or the consistency of it with the challenges themselves being artificial. lets try to segregate them into sections. even then i am not sure you are even making the same points as this topic. Firstly my point is that whatever game mechanics are enabled/disabled in any game is an active choice of the developer , you having smaller hitboxes is as artificial as the pistol having lesser ammo drops to the ability to jump x amount only. Claiming that any one mechanic creates artificial difficulty and another does not is as logically sound as saying water from a tap will make you wet but water in a bucket will not. If you want to highlight actual issues then please do so , but this "artificial" vs "natural" difficulty claim is empty. For example "x gear makes it extremely easy while y gear makes it nearly impossible" this is an issue of gear balance that should definitely be fixed if DE thinks all gear provided is equally viable. Second ,i dont play lost ark so i dont know much about it , but valorant is a PVP game where the difficulty is based on your opponents skills as much as it is based on some factors of chance , but i dont see how that is relevant to warframe as you dont compete against others (i mean there is conclave , but the less said about that the better). Being able to shoot your own sentinel ... not even sure what you are trying to say with that assuming you mean a combination of helminth and the ability to make any frame invisible. So what is the issue exactly? practice will let you get good over time and you can do it more consistently , like pretty much any game mechanic or puzzle. And you are assuming everyone wants to do that for some reason? I dont know if players are unable to see the writing on the wall , or are in denial. Its clear to me that DE have accepted that they are incapable of creating a challenging game mode that cannot be trivialized by one loadout or another (which is a problem of their own making) , So they are relying on the one thing that has worked for them so far - RNG. Its pretty much what still lets them extend game and mission times. so if they cannot apply as much RNG to the end rewards, they will apply it to the source. Sure some will be luckier than others as has always been the case. If you really want to have a more skill based challenge isuggest you start asking for better balance than crying about rubbish like the "artificiality" of the games challenges.
  7. I don't normally say this , but your thoughts process is totally biased if you think eclipse should be as effective as both roar and null star at max duration and minimum range. That is why I find your arguments for "fairness" as pointless. You are free to have your opinions but some common sense is to be applied. Firstly you cannot have both of those things on the same frame (baring the base frame like rhino and nova), secondly you will rarely have the same mod builds for them , not to mention allowing you to share the effect with teammates via augment. If you are unable to see how powerful 90% DR or final weapon multiplier at will is you need some basic mechanical understanding of the game. Also if your argument really is "parity" do explain why anyone would pick either roar or null star if eclipse does everything just as well ?
  8. Can you check if you had any ally spectres or were using some faction changing ability ? That can affect the numbers show somewhat.
  9. I have seen dante hit enemies I can't see (like a small curving effect), so it's technically still broken , but in a good way. One thing I feel is an issue is that they are checking render as a reference , and render can be done slightly differently in different graphic options (hardware and software). So that in itself can cause some inconsistencies. Maybe those that are still facing issues should share their hardware specs ao DE could narrow down on issues if any.
  10. It is not fair (or have a good parity) cause you are comparing an ability that is capable of both boosting damage and providing DR to three different abilities that do mostly one thing. And it's not about consistency as you need to have specific builds for each of them to work correctly. They are not in vaccum.

I believe there are options for the hud somewhere in settings , I am not too familiar with it though and not sure if it will be what you want I wouldn't mind a peaceful option , but I don't think it's that big of a priority. You can somewhat get around it by picking an invisible frame. DE is pretty bad at maintaining the codex and many scans are just missing.

  13. I do hate damage attenuation , but the rest of it ... I dunno man the Armor reduction limit and status stack cap feels pretty inline to a tough boss
  14. It is a pretty bad combo - myopic and alchemy invulnerable , If you are too far you can't quite tell which enemies are invincible due to the element and which are due to just being far. And when you get close the indicator just doesn't appear properly.
  15. Oh ? I saw some faction based kill count descriptors (and found them to be weird) , I didn't know it specifically mentions contributions. Interesting , I should run some netracells.

  17. Ooh , I like the suggestion to pick multiple of same time , maybe make them unstable when you do so you have a limited time before you throw em.
  18. I feel ashamed that i hadn't though of this as I really like playing with equinox. I hadn't had the opportunity to test this (and I have stopped using peaceful provocation quite some time ago). But hopefully DE relooks at all "on damage" effects across the board to work with overguard.

  21. I think he needs "unsticking" pull mechanics more than an los option. Something to have enemies move a little bit at a tangent so they get unstuck from geometry.

I don't use chroma much for my own preference reasons, but I fail to see why anyone would complain about this change , It is over and above what you already have (increasing damage/Armor based on damage recieved) , any issues that you had with team mates blocking you is a seperate issue not related to this change.
  23. It is rather significant , 150/s I think (same is mentioned in the wiki) I am sure if it's before or after Armor DR. I think it's after Armor as my lavos was able to manage it better than my Octavia .
  24. Mirror defense (or any defense ) does need a bit more as it's a bit more specialised mission , You can manage with either an area denial or CC frame (many helminth options can work) , but my biggest pet peeve is how squishy the objective is and how some enemies that are completely immune to CC and are tanky on top can just wipe it.
  25. Players have either completed it or have failed enough times to stop bothering. The few persistent ones are not very common.
