We’ll be considering all items updated or submitted since the last round deadline, January 7th. With this round announcement, we’re giving you a little sneak peek of something else we’ve had in the works -- a refresh of our existing TennoGen guides, which can be found here. While we were updating the guides to round out the information found within them to meet current program needs, we also whipped up some pre-submission checklists for each creation type. Very unlike fire, though it could be an easy mixture of Ember and Octavia. Overall I think it's meant to give some similarities to his exalted blade. I just submitted a piece but its not showing up yet because I think I have to wait for my submitted tax info to be approved. Apparently it can take a day or 2 to process which I was completely unaware of when I uploaded my piece. I just hope this doesn't make me miss the deadline :(... At least, in that picture. It could have been slightly retooled since the last time I saw it. It's hard to give critique to Beastbuster, since they are an amazing texture modeler and doing God's work (I will commit grievous bodily harm to get Atlas BotL accepted, HOO BOY) but... I'll try. The problem with Excalibur BotL is twofold, in my eyes. One, the plume is very big and supremely bright. If it is that big and bright at all times, rather than just when using Exalted Blade or something, then it brings to mind Octavia's Diva helmet before it got reworked. Similar issue there; too big and WAY too luminescent. It looked much better after it was pared down, and I bought it soon after. Two, even if the plume stays as is, I would find it an unbalanced design due to the body not having a clear match to the plume. The lights on the body to match the energy colour on the plume look tiny, so the link between the helmet and body isn't as visually apparent as it could be. The helmet could go on almost any other Excalibur skin and could even have a better visual linkage with it, at least as far as the flare of energy from the plume is concerned. Er. Can we get some infomation regarding if Operator suit cosmetics are still planned to be a feature? It was stated that once the Operator suits in-game got seam improvements I'd be looked into. We've heard nothing since, and the changes were implemented a while ago. I'm at a loss of what is going on. Has DE forgotten about it? Is no one working on it? Is it in the pipeline but nobody has said anything? Is it in the pipeline but is going really slowly? Is it a passion project being worked on by a single person at DE like Zephyr Deluxe? Is it meant to be a surprise? Is it scrapped but has nobody said anything? Is no one higher up in DE aware? Has it been scrapped and nobody WANTS to say anything?
